M	Mim Main on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΣΗ: 13/05 Εχθές έλαβα κλήση από την κυρία που έχει το κατάστημα και εκτίμησα πολυ το γεγονός ότι ήθελε να απολογηθεί αυτοπροσώπως και να μου πει ποσο λυπάται που δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημενη. Έστειλε επίσης μια μεγάλη ανθοδεσμη στο σπίτι ως συγνώμη για την κακή εξυπηρέτηση εκείνης της ημέρας. Ήταν πολυ σωστό εκ μέρους του καταστήματος και γι'αυτό θα επιλέξω να δω το συμβάν με μεγαλύτερη επιείκεια. Η ανθοδέσμη πράγματι ήταν υπέροχη και σας ευχαριστούμε. Γιορτής της μητέρας : Παίρνω 2:40 μεσημέρι 2 συνθέσεις και 2 καλάθια ίδια με 4 κάρτες μια για κάθε ένα. Φτάνουν 7 το απογευμα μια συνθεση (οχι αυτή που πηρα) και ένα καλάθι χωρίς κάρτα, η κάρτα από το καλάθι ήταν στη συνθεση. Μετά από τηλέφωνο που σήκωσαν αυτή τη φορά (και κατά τυχη έμαθα όταν κάλεσα στο σπίτι, ότι πήγαν τα μισά) κατά τις 8 έφτασαν και τα αλλά 2 (συνθεση και κάρτα) όπως τα παρηγγειλα. Δεν πειραζει που αργείτε αλλά έστω ας πηγαιναν σωστά και ας έφταναν όλα μαζί όπως ζητήθηκε ακομα και στις 10 το βράδυ.. Εντάξει ήταν γιορτή της μητέρας είχατε δουλειά κατανοώ την καθυστέρηση όμως η υπόλοιπη εξυπηρέτηση ήταν απαράδεκτη. Έχω κάνει δουλειές σε γιορτές και ξέρω. Μετά από όλο αυτό κανένα τηλέφωνο ουτε συγνώμη ή κάποιο δώρο ή κάτι για την ταλαιπωρία έστω. Έπρεπε να παρω 13 τηλέφωνα στο μποξ( το app) και σε εκείνους για να φτάσουν και όπως έφτασαν με τα μισά να μην απαντάνε. Ξαναλέω κατανοητό Η όποια καθυστέρηση και ένα από τηλέφωνα μου ηταν για να το διευκρινίσω, όμως σαν συνολο ήταν πολυ κακη η εξυπηρέτηση και ειδικά το ότι δεν έλαβα κάποιο συγνώμη η μια κίνηση να δείξουν ότι τους ενδιαφέρει ότι έκαναν λάθος, αυτό με απογοήτευσε περισσότερο. After a phone call they picked up this time (and I accidentally found out when I called home, that half went) at 8 the other 2 arrived (composition and card) as I ordered. It does not matter that you are late but let them go right and let everything arrive together as requested even at 10 pm .. Okay it was mother's day you had work I understand the delay but the rest of the service was unacceptable. I've done holiday work and I know it. After all this no phone no apology or any gift or anything for the inconvenience though. I had to get 13 phones in boxing (the app) and those to arrive and as they arrived with half not answering. I understand again Any delay and one of my phones was to clarify, but as a whole the service was very poor and especially the fact that I did not receive an apology or a move to show that they are interested in making a mistake, it disappointed me more.
