Ήταν πολύ περιποιημένα τα προϊόντα που παρήγγειλα στην κούτα και μέσα μου είχαν και διάφορα δειγματάκια και δώρα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξαναπαραγγείλω αρκετές φορές ακόμα. Πολύ καλή και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση. Επαγγελματίες. I placed an order recently from their e-shop. I live in Athens and the order came very quickly compared to others I have made. The products I ordered in the box were very neat and inside I had various samples and gifts. I highly recommend it and will definitely order again several more times. Very good and fast service. Professionals.

The products I ordered came within 2 days, they were all very neat !! And the best prices on the market! I highly recommend it !!

Κυριακή στο Μέτσοβο το μόνο εφημερεύον μέχρι τις 20:00 το βράδυ και το προσωπικό την έχει κάνει με ελαφρά πηδηματάκια το λιγότερο ένα 20 λεπτό νωρίτερα (7:40 έφτασα). Με λίγα λόγια κάτσε πέθανε αν έχεις κανένα σοβαρό πρόβλημα. Ευχαριστούμε για τις υπηρεσίες, δεν θα σας ξανά προτιμήσουμε !!!! Unacceptable pharmacy. Sunday in Metsovo the only one on duty until 20:00 in the evening and the staff has done it with light jumps at least 20 minutes earlier (7:40 I arrived). In short, sit down and die if you have any serious problems. Thanks for the services, we will not prefer you again !!!!
G	G. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapid test πλαφόν σε όλη την Ελλάδα 10€, στο εν λόγω φαρμακείο 12,80€ με την δικαιολογία ότι ήταν σάλιου. Κομμένες δύο αποδείξεις των 6 και 6,8 αντίστοιχα με μηδενικό ΦΠΑ όπως όλα. Σωστά το σάλιο είναι Πιό ακριβό.... Rapid test ceiling throughout Greece 10 €, in the said pharmacy 12,80 € with the excuse that it was saliva. Cut two receipts of 6 and 6.8 respectively with zero VAT like all. Correct saliva is more expensive ....

Το περιβάλλον απόλυτα φιλικό και γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση. Βρεθήκαμε περαστικοί στο Μέτσοβο και χρειαζόμασταν να κάνουμε rapid test. Παρόλο που το φαρμακείο ήταν γεμάτο μας εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα . Πραγματικά ένα σημείο που αξίζει κανείς να επισκεφτεί. Flawless experience with this pharmacy. They fully guided me for my problem, prices are very affordable !!! The environment is absolutely friendly and fast service. We were passing by in Metsovo and we needed to do a rapid test. Although the pharmacy was full they served us immediately. Truly a place worth visiting.
A	Athanasia Pa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγειλλα απο το e-shop του καταστήματος και λόγω λάθους της μεταφορικής η παραγγελία καταστράφηκε και επιστράφηκε πίσω στο φαρμακείο. Παρά αυτήν την αστοχία που ήταν λάθος της μεταφορικής εταιρίας courier, η εξυπηρέτηση του φαρμακείου ήταν ΑΨΟΓΗ!!!! Επικοινώνησαν τηλεφωνικά αμέσως να με ενημερώσουν για το ατυχές συμβάν και να απολογηθούν , (που στο κάτω κάτω δεν ήταν δική τους υπαιτιότητα). Ηταν ευγενείς και εξυπηρετικοί και μου έστειλαν εκ νέου την παραγγελία άμεσα ,βάζοντας μου πολλά δείγματα και mini sizes των προιόντων που παρήγγειλα. Εμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη και θα ξανα παραγγείλω απο το φαρμακείο καθώς οι τιμές τους είναι συγκριτικά απο τις φθηνότερες. Συγχαρητήρια για τον επαγγελματισμό σας, να συνεχίσετε έτσι! I ordered from the e-shop of the store and due to a shipping error the order was destroyed and returned back to the pharmacy. Despite this failure which was a mistake of the courier transport company, the service of the pharmacy was EXCELLENT !!!! They contacted me immediately by phone to inform me about the unfortunate incident and to apologize, (which, after all, was not their fault). They were polite and helpful and sent me the order again immediately, giving me many samples and mini sizes of the products I ordered. I was very happy and I will order again from the pharmacy as their prices are comparatively cheaper. Congratulations on your professionalism, keep it up!
