I had wonderful days all because of your knowledge & kindness. There are too many gems in Greece though I definitely recommend this hotel all because of Creta's most valuable gem Vaco & Giorgia. I hope to see you again soooooon. Love you ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great friendly helpful staff, amazing rooms, great service. It's my first time staying at this hotel and I would be more than happily come back here again. It's in a great location right in the middle of the old town. Great spot to go exploring the old town.

- The breakfast is very good and varied.
- the bed is very confortable
But, the place is very noisy, next to a trendy restaurant. People eat and talk loud until very late at night.
- There is a problem with the bathroom, the shower isn't always working and no curtain so the floor get very wet.
- there is not enough light in the room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Space full and quite clean suites (some details in the bathroom require more attention). The building itself is unique. The staff is super friendly, nice and helpful indeed. Seek for Eleni. Is always there to support you.
The breakfast was splendid in terms of options, quality and quantity. Finally the suites are located within a perfect spot (old town) in order to eat, buy things and enjoy.
I was stay there two nights (while working not pleasure) after being advanced with my accommodation so I can’t give you notes regarding the price vs overall services. However I would like to have the opportunity to stay again there even during work or vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very charming little hotel in the middle of the old town. We stayed in the Executive Suite and it was very spacious and well decorated. Style is ancient with apparent wooden roof very spacious and the bed is super comfortable. The swimming is quite small but if the hotel isn’t too busy you can have it for yourself as a private swimming pool which is super nice. The staff is very welcoming and professional. Only lowlight might be the breakfast which isn’t very fresh nor diverse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The breakfast is bad and there isnt enough room for all guests at once so you have to wait for a call before you can go down. The pool cannot be swum in because it has a large above ground filter system blocking one end. The staff are very nice but quite awkward. Claims that it is 5 star are incorrect. Not worth the money.
