J	John Ntounas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aπαραδεκτη εξυπηρετηση, αγενης συμπεριφορα και σιγουρα η χειροτερη εμπειρια σε ηλεκτρονικη συναλλαγη που ειχαμε ποτε. Παραγγειλαμε ηλεκτρικη σκουπα που υπηρχε διαθεσιμη ως προιον στο site του εμπορου.Ενω εγινε κανονικα η χρεωση, δεν ηρθε καποιο mail ειδοποιησης για επιβεβαιωση της συναλλαγης, ούτε ενημερωση για το ποτε θα ερθει το προιον. Μετα απο δυο εβδομαδες καλεσαμε στο τηλεφωνο τον εμπορο , ο οποιος γενικα και αοριστα μας απαντησε οτι δεν υπαρχει το προιον, θα παραλαβουν καποια στιγμη στο μελλον σκουπες και τοτε θα τις στειλει και σε εμας. Αφου περασε ενας μηνας και φυσικα δεν ειχαμε καμια ενημερωση, ξανακαλεσαμε τον εμπορο ,ο οποιος με πολυ μεγαλη δοση ειρωνιας και δυσφοριας μας εκλεισε το τηλεφωνο ουσιαστικα στα μουτρα. Ξανακαλεσαμε και αλλη φορα και πολυ ευγενικα του εξηγησαμε οτι εχει περασει 1,5 μηνας και ακομα δεν μας ενημερωσε κανεις ποτε θα ερθει η σκουπα. Η απαντηση του εμπορου ηταν : "αμαν με αυτες τις σκουπες , καντε υπομονη και θα ερθουν"!!! Να μην τα πολυλογω πανω στο διμηνο και αφου ειχε γινει αντιληπτο, οτι μας κοροιδευουν, απαιτησαμε ευγενικα ,αλλα επιμονα, τα χρηματα μας πισω! Δυσανασχετησε μεν, αλλα ευτυχως εκανε ενα σωστο πραγμα στην ζωη του και μας τα επεστρεψε! Φρικτη εμπειρια!!! Μεινετε μακρια!!! Unacceptable service, rude behavior and definitely the worst online trading experience we have ever had. We ordered a vacuum cleaner that was available as a product on the merchant's site. While the billing was done normally, there was no notice mail to confirm the transaction, nor information on when the product will arrive. After two weeks we called the dealer on the phone, who generally and vaguely answered that there is no product, they will receive brooms at some point in the future and then he will send them to us. After a month and of course we had no information, we called the merchant again, who with a very large dose of irony and discomfort hung up the phone in the face. We called again and very politely explained to him that 1.5 months have passed and still no one has informed us when the broom will come. The merchant's answer was: "aman with these brooms, be patient and they will come" !!! Do not talk too much about the two months and after it was realized that they are making fun of us, we politely demanded, but persistently, our money back! He was dissatisfied, but fortunately he did the right thing in his life and returned them to us! Horrible experience !!! Stay away !!!
