Πολύ κακοί στο after sale service.
Αγόρασα από το κατάστημα ένα καλαμι αξίας 95€ το οποίο σε μια βολή έσπασε στην κορυφή στον οδηγό.
Τηλεφώνησα να ρωτήσω πως μπορούμε να το επισκευάσουμε και αν με καλύπτει η εγγύηση μιας και η αγορά έγινε πριν δυο μήνες.
Η λέξη αδιαφορία ειναι λίγη. Προσπάθησαν να αποφύγουν την όλη διαδικασία. Απογοητευτικά πλήρως. Δεν μπορεί να είσαι πελάτης σε ένα κατάστημα και να σε αντιμετωπίζουν έτσι, λες και τους χρωστάς.
Ωστόσο, περνώντας από ένα άλλο κατάστημα τους έδειξα την ζημιά και μου το επισκευάσανε σε δέκα λεπτά και μάλιστα χωρίς χρέωση….
Μαντέψτε ποιος κέρδισε από όλο αυτό.
Very good at selling you.
Very bad in after sale service.
I bought from the store a reed worth 95 € which in one shot broke at the top to the driver.
I called to ask how we can repair it and if the warranty covers me since the purchase was made two months ago.
The word indifference is a little. They tried to avoid the whole process. Disappointingly completely. You can not be a customer in a store and be treated as if you owe them.
However, passing by another store I showed them the damage and they repaired it in ten minutes and even free of charge….
Guess who won from all this.
