m	marialena z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μόνο καλο που έχουν τα συγκεκριμένα δωμάτια ειναι οτι μεγαλα, ευρυχωρα και εξοπλισμενα οπως αναγράφεται. Τα δωμάτια ειναι αρκετα μακρια απο τη θαλασσα και χρειάζεται περπατημα για ολα τα beach bar, εστιατόρια και νυχτερινα μαγαζια. Πριν κλεισουμε στο τηλέφωνο μας είπαν πως βρίσκονται κοντα στη θαλασσα, πραγμα που δεν ισχύει!! Μεγάλη απογοήτευση οταν φτασαμε και ειδαμε τις αποστασεις και τον ανηφορικό δρόμο. Τις 2 πρώτες ημέρες της διαμονης μας ειχε πολύ θόρυβο απο τα γύρω δωμάτια. Το δωμάτιο μας δεν καθαριστηκε την ημερα που έπρεπε ενω την πρώτη ημερα μας ειχαν ενημερωσει ότι ολα τα δωμάτια καθαρίζονται καθε 3 ημερες. Οταν ρωτησαμε στη reception γιατι δεν καθαριστηκε το δωμάτιο μας απαντησαν οτι ειχαν μεγαλο φορτο εργασίας λογω των νέων αφίξεων και οταν ρωτησαμε τις ιδιες τις καθαριστριες μας ειπαν πως αν θέλουμε να καθαριστει το δωμάτιο μας πρέπει να το δηλωνουμε στη reception. Εν τέλει καθαριστηκε το δωμάτιο κατόπιν συνεννόησης με τη reception. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά για την επιλογή μας σ αυτα τα δωμάτια. The only good thing about these rooms is that they are large, spacious and well equipped. The rooms are quite far from the sea and need walking distance to all the beach bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Before we hung up the phone they told us that they are close to the sea, which is not true !! Great disappointment when we arrived and saw the distances and the uphill road. During the first 2 days of our stay there was a lot of noise from the surrounding rooms. Our room was not cleaned the day it should have been while on the first day we were informed that all rooms are cleaned every 3 days. When we asked at the reception why our room was not cleaned they answered that they had a large workload due to the new arrivals and when we asked the cleaners themselves they told us that if we want our room to be cleaned we must declare it at the reception. Finally the room was cleaned after consultation with the reception. I'm really sorry about our choice in these rooms.

Και αυτό διότι δεν σου εξασφαλίζουν parking όπως αλλά καταλύματα, τα.καναλια στην τηλεόραση ήταν τραγικά ελάχιστα και η αναζήτηση επώδυνη, το καλαθάκι στο μπάνιο είχε χαλάσει, ενώ σε μια περίπτωση είχαμε άσχημη εμπειρία με τις πετσέτες του μπανιου. Επίσης, για ένα κατάλυμα που έχει χτιστεί το 2017 η επιλογή κουρτίνας μπάνιου και όχι κάποιας άλλης λύσης υποδεικνύει τη φιλοσοφία και το όραμα της επιχείρησης. Αυτό που θα πρότεινα είναι να δοθεί έμφαση στους ελέγχους για τη διασφάλιση της ποιότητας των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών, καθώς και στις λεπτομέρειες. Basic furniture. Excellent staff service. Good wifi. Anxiety about securing parking. I think it is overrated for the services it provides. This is because they do not provide you with parking like accommodation, the channels on the TV were tragically few and the search was painful, the basket in the bathroom was broken, while in one case we had a bad experience with the bath towels. Also, for an accommodation that has been built in 2017, the choice of bathroom curtain and not some other solution indicates the philosophy and vision of the company. What I would suggest is to emphasize the controls to ensure the quality of the services provided, as well as the details.
Δ	ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ ΙΑΤΡΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο,όμορφη τοποθεσία που αφήνοντας το αυτοκίνητο,μπορείς να γυρίσεις εύκολα το Πευκοχώρι και ήσυχος δρόμος..ευγενική και χαμογελαστή η ρεσεψιονίστ,μας εξυπηρέτησε,έστω και τελευταία στιγμή που πήραμε να κλείσουμε το δωμάτιο..το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα είτε για οικογενειακές διακοπές,είτε για ζευγάρι,αλλά και για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι!!!! συγχαρητήρια,συνεχίστε έτσι όμορφα !!!! Very clean room, beautiful location that leaving the car, you can easily turn Pefkochori and quiet road..kind and smiling the receptionist, served us, even at the last moment we got to book the room..I highly recommend it or for family vacations, either for a couple, but also for a business trip !!!! congratulations, keep up the good work !!!!

V	Vlatko Aleksov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In short the best apartment that I stayed in Greece. Quiet, good location, friendly staff, room service, clean, large rooms, good Internet, own parking. The location is pretty much OK, but if you are with kids there is 15 - 20 min walk to the wider, and more nicer sandy beach, without stones. Sofa's are not so comfy as you would think. One day there was no water for 5-6 hours, but they did resolved it eventually, I guess this can happen to anyone.
