★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η απάνω Μεριά Σύρου είναι μια προστατευόμενη περιοχή που αξίζει να βολταρει κάποιος είτε με αυτοκίνητο είτε περπατώντας. Ο δρόμος μετά την Άνω Σύρο είναι μεν στενός αλλά η θέα προς τα άλλα νησιά από ψηλά σου κόβει την ανάσα. Καθόλου πυκνοκατοικημένη, καταλήγει στον Σαν Μιχάλη όπου υπάρχει και εστιατόριο. Για περιπατητες υπάρχουν πανέμορφα μονοπάτια που μπορεί να ακολουθήσει και να απολαύσετε ένα υπέροχο κυκλαδίτικο περιβάλλον και όμορφη θέα. Συνιστάται ώρα ηλιοβασιλέματος.
 The upper part of Syros is a protected area that is worth walking around either by car or on foot. The road after Ano Syros is narrow but the view to the other islands from above is breathtaking. Not densely populated, it ends in San Michalis where there is a restaurant. For walks there are beautiful trails that you can follow and enjoy a wonderful Cycladic environment and beautiful views. Sunset time is recommended.
