New, clean, close to the beach and the old part of town. Mistress Fanny is pleasant and ready to help. Everything leaves a pleasant experience.

What is good about this low-budget accommodation, although it does not give the impression on the outside: -villa is located in front of the railway that separates the old and new part of Leptokarya -close to the main street and the Masutis supermarket -accommodation has its own towels -air conditioning in both rooms -large terrace -neat and clean, bed linen and towels are changed on the 5th day, the landlady in the villa every day What is not ok: -the villa does not have its own parking -weak water pressure in the bathroom, and we were the only guests in the villa - large terrace, which also takes up the entire space, inconvenient for circulation -terrace in the morning unusable, no awning or parasols -the apartment is small for 5 adults, no room has a double bed, the bed is single, light rectangles with a mattress that separate as soon as you move in them or hook them in the aisle. All in all, 1/5 apartment no. 212, on the 2nd floor is ok to sleep.
