Clean in a central part of the island with easy access almost everywhere !!! The hotel staff is polite. Its prices are reasonable!

Zois who has a very open-hearted wonderful person, good prices, rooms that in 2 minutes opposite you are on a wonderful beach with turquoise waters !!!

Τα αρνητικα -στουντιο που νοικιασα το λιγοτερο κακο! Και η εξυπηρετηση οσο αφορα την καθαριοτητα στα ορια τ ανεχτου.ΜΙκρος χωρος, μικρη ντουζιερα και με παλια επιπλα. The positives - located 50 meters from the sea and parts of infrastructure such as supermarkets, bakeries, cafes. Friendly staff. The downside - studio I rented the least bad! And the service in terms of cleanliness within the limits of tolerable. Small space, small shower and with old furniture.

Και αν τύχεις σε δωμάτιο χωρίς παράθυρο στο μπάνιο το ανεμιστιρακι του εξαερισμού είναι πάνω από τη ντουζιέρα και οι ψηλοί λογικά κινδυνεύουν με ηλεκτροπληξια. Πολύ φασαρία από τον κεντρικό δρόμο γιατί δεν έχει κουφώματα αλουμινίου. Σκληρό στρώμα. Και δεν υπήρχε πουθενά ένδειξη για το κωδικό WiFi στο δωμάτιο που μας έτυχε. Κακή επιλογή. Λυπάμαι Incredibly small and cramped rooms with an incredibly small bathroom with a small shower. And if you happen to be in a room without a window in the bathroom, the ventilation fan is above the shower and the tall ones are logically at risk of electric shock. Lots of noise from the main road because it does not have aluminum frames. Hard mattress. And there was no indication of the WiFi code anywhere in the room that happened to us. Bad choice. I am sorry

I arrived at nikiana and was finding my hotel and went to ask for information if it was the hotel I had booked, as Google maps gave me that address. The cleaning lady gave me the keys and we went up to the room. At 7 pm the owners come to the room with a lot of arrogance and they tell us to leave the room because that was not our hotel. Despite the mistake it was not ours, they also charged us cleaning fees of 30 euros. But beyond this ugly experience I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because it is not clean enough, the bathroom is dirty, the rooms do not correspond to the photos on the site and the garden outside is very uncultivated with weeds and also very high. Owners very rude.

The room was tidy, every single day around 12 o'clock the cleaning lady swiped the floor and mopped it, also took the trash out. During our stay they changed the bed sheets and towels 3 times. No other hotels offer such cleanness for this affordable price. The only negativity was the tiny shower stall and the thin walls. The owners were welcoming and friendly as well as the staff. The room we stayed in was renewed. The sea is a 2 minutes walk from the apartment, as well as the bakeries and super markets. The bus stop is right in front of the building.
