This setting hosts the Time & style ēdition, a collaborative project started in 2020 in partnership with Boffi|DePadova with a collection that places the Japanese cabinet-making tradition in perfect harmony with the architectural and contemporary concepts of the Italian group. There is an exclusive series of tables, chairs, solid wood cabinets and lamps in fine rice paper. These delicate and linear elements are done in warm tones and blend together two cultures with the same avant-garde vision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν παρα πολυ καλή και επαγγελματική στα πλακίδια αλλα και στα έπιπλα κουζινας. Το μόνο παράπονο είναι ότι στα ντουλάπια τις κουζινας παραμένουν ίχνη από τα αυτοκόλλητα της εταιρίας (παρόλο που είχαν την ευγένεια να μας στείλουν καθαριστικο - δεν βγαίνουν). Οπότε προσοχή στην επιλογή σειράς/χρώματος. στα μονόχρωμα γκρι που πήραμε, φαίνονται ακόμα κ μετά τη χρήση καθαριστικών κ είναι άσχημο. Κατα τα αλλα πολυ καλή ποιότητα και προσεκτικό συνεργείο τοποθέτησης!
The service was very good and professional in the tiles but also in the kitchen furniture. The only complaint is that in the kitchen cabinets there are traces of company stickers (although they were kind enough to send us a cleaner - they don't come out). So pay attention to the range / color selection. in the monochrome gray we got, they still look and after using cleaners it's bad. Otherwise very good quality and attentive workshop!

Να είστε πολυ προσεκτικοί όταν αποφασίσετε να αγοράσετε κάτι.
Εχω παραγγείλει μια τραπεζαρία από τον Ιούλιο. Τον Οκτώβριο μου φέρανε λάθος τις καρέκλες σε άλλο χρωμα κ ελλατωματικο το τραπέζι. Το Νοέμβρη μου αντικαταστησαν τις καρέκλες και μου φέρανε το τραπέζι επισκευασμένο!!!!!!! Εγω το πλήρωσα για καινούργιο κ αυτοί το επισκεύασαν!!!!!! Δεν το δέχτηκα φυσικά.Το Δεκέμβρη μου το φέρανε πάλι λάθος και ακομα περιμένω τραπεζαρία !!!!
Όλο αυτο το καιρό εγω τους καλώ για να ενημερωθώ αυτοί δεν ασχολούνται καθολου!!! Κ επιπλέον δεν θέλουν να με αποζημιώσουν!!!!! Απαράδεκτοι σε ολα!
Αν σας αρεσει κάτι από τα έπιπλα τους ψάξτε το σε βουλγαρικά Eshop!
Πιο φτηνά κ σίγουρα πιο καλή εξυπηρέτηση !

Be very careful when you decide to buy something.
I've been ordering a dining room since July. In October my chairs were mistaken for another color and the table was defective. In November my chairs were replaced and the table was repaired !!!!!!! I paid for a new one and they repaired it !!!!!! I did not accept it of course. In December it was again wrong and I am still waiting for a dining room !!!!
All the time I call them to let them know they don't care at all !!! And in addition they do not want to compensate me !!!!! Unacceptable to everyone!
If you like some of their furniture look it up at Bulgarian Eshop!
Cheaper and definitely better service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall I had a positive experience with Biente, and I am satisfied with my kitchens. I found the Design Department and the workers who installed my kitchen to be exceptional, but the accounting department was chaotic and whenever I called to make appointments (I bought 2 kitchens) for installation, the lady on the phone was rude and disorganized. So I think that Biente gets some things very right and some things very wrong. I would however, order a third kitchen from them in the future.
