Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. Excellent accommodation, large and comfortable rooms, spotless, nice entrance and room decoration. Large and comfortable beds. Strong wi-fi. Excellent service.

Θα ξανα έρθουμε ΣΙΓΟΥΡΑ!!!! ??? The host awesome man, the room and the whole complex spotless, stunning décor. I highly recommend it ... We will definitely come again !!!! ???
A	Anastasia Lavda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κατάλυμα ΔΕΝ ενδείκνυται για κατοικίδια. Κακώς η κυρία Στέλλα κάνει κρατήσεις όταν υπάρχει κατοικίδιο, αφού δε μπορούν να «διαχειριστούν» το θέμα. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι εσωτερικά, περιμετρικά σε στυλ ξενοδοχείου και ο οποιοσδήποτε θόρυβος ακούγεται. Η ηχώ που δημιουργείται κάνει το πρόβλημα μεγαλύτερο. Οποιοδήποτε σκυλάκι βρεθεί για πρώτη φορά σε νέο χώρο όπου στη γειτονιά ακούγονται και άλλα σκυλιά, λογικό είναι να γαβγίσει, ενώ χρειάζεται και κάποιος χρόνος προσαρμογής. Από την πρώτη κιόλας ώρα, ο κύριος Γιώργος μάς έκανε παρατήρηση για το σκυλάκι που γαύγισε 2-3 φορές στο διάστημα αυτό, ενώ μας ζήτησε να το παίρνουμε μαζί μας και στην εκκλησία! Οι διακοπές ήταν για το Πάσχα… Άλλα μας έλεγε η κυρία Στέλλα τηλεφωνικά-- δεν την είδαμε λόγω δουλειάς—καθώς είχαμε ενημερώσει για το σκυλάκι και τις περιπτώσεις που γαβγίζει (όταν φεύγουμε και μένει στο δωμάτιο, όταν γυρίζουμε, όταν ακούει θορύβους έξω από την πόρτα) και είχαμε ζητήσει απομονωμένο δωμάτιο, ενώ η ίδια ήταν πέραν του δέοντος συγκαταβατική σε όλα. Αλλιώς χειριζόταν το θέμα ο κύριος Γιώργος όπου στην ουσία μάς πάσαρε την όλη «ευθύνη» του προβλήματος. Πλήρης ασυνεννοησία μεταξύ της κυρίας Στέλλας και του κυρίου Γιώργου (ζευγάρι) με αποτέλεσμα να χάσουμε πολύτιμο χρόνο από τις διακοπές μας και τελικά να εγκαταλείψουμε το κατάλυμα νωρίτερα. Και το σκυλάκι να μην ήταν και πάλι επικρατούσε φασαρία από τα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια καθώς υπήρχε ηχώ. Κατά τα άλλα τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα, με ωραία, μεγάλα κρεβάτια και για την τιμή οι υπηρεσίες ήταν επαρκείς. Η κριτική και η όλη διαχείριση δεν αλλάζει σε καμιά περίπτωση. Φυσικά και είχε γίνει μνεία στο τηλέφωνο ότι το σκυλάκι κάποιες ώρες θα μένει μόνο του στο κατάλυμα, λόγω ότι ήταν περίοδος Πάσχα και δε θα μπορούσαμε να το παίρνουμε στην εκκλησία. Από το 1ο τηλεφώνημα ζητήσαμε αν υπάρχει να μπούμε σε απομονωμένο δωμάτιο για να μην ενοχλεί, κάτι που μετά το check in το παραδέχτηκε η κυρία Στέλλα ότι έπρεπε να γίνει εξαρχής και μας το ζήτησε να αλλάξουμε κιόλας, αν και δε φάνηκε σίγουρη και πάλι για το αποτέλεσμα όποτε και φύγαμε. Από τις φωτογραφίες δε μπορεί κάποιος να γνωρίσει το κατάλυμα, ενώ ο ιδιοκτήτης/ διαχειριστής θα πρέπει να αξιολογεί την περίπτωση που περιγράφεται. Δυστυχώς είναι κάποιες περιστάσεις που τα κατοικίδια δε γίνεται να ακολουθούν. Το κατάλυμα κατά την άποψη μου όπως είναι διαμορφωμένο με τα δωμάτια σε κλειστό περιμετρικό χώρο ΔΕΝ ενδείκνυται για κατοικίδια όπου αφού ακούνε θορύβους θα ενοχληθούν και θα ενοχλήσουν. Για την ιστορία, σε διαφορετικά διαμορφωμένο κατάλυμα δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε πρόβλημα. Φυσικά, κατά τα άλλα, το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, μεγάλο, με την τιμή του να δικαιολογεί απολύτως της προσφερόμενες υπηρεσίες. The accommodation is NOT suitable for pets. Mrs. Stella makes reservations when there is a pet, since they can not "manage" the issue. The apartments are interior, perimeter in hotel style and any noise can be heard. The echo that is created makes the problem bigger. Any dog found for the first time in a new area where other dogs can be heard in the neighborhood, it makes sense to bark, while it takes some time to adjust. From the very first hour, Mr. George remarked to us about the dog that barked 2-3 times during this time, while he asked us to take it with us to church! The holidays were for Easter… Mrs. Stella was telling us other things over the phone-- we did not see her because of work — as we had informed her about the dog and the cases where she barks (when we leave and stay in the room, when we return, when she hears noises outside door) and we had requested a secluded room, while she herself was overly condescending in everything. Mr. George handled the issue differently, where in fact he passed all the "responsibility" to us on the problem. Complete misunderstanding between Mrs. Stella and Mr. George (couple) resulting in wasting valuable time from our vacation and finally leaving the accommodation earlier. Even if the dog was not there, there was still noise from the other rooms as there was an echo. Otherwise the rooms were spotless, with nice, large beds and for the price the services were adequate. Criticism and the whole management does not change in any case. Of course, it was mentioned on the phone that the dog would be left alone in the shelter for a few hours, because it was Easter and we could not take it to church. From the first phone call we asked if there is room to enter an isolated room so as not to disturb, something that after check in Mrs. Stella admitted that it had to be done from the beginning and asked us to change it, although she did not seem sure again about result whenever we left. From the photos one can not know the accommodation, while the owner / manager will have to evaluate the case described. Unfortunately there are some circumstances that pets can not follow. The accommodation in my opinion as it is configured with the rooms in a closed perimeter space is NOT suitable for pets where after hearing noises they will be disturbed and will be disturbed. For the record, in a differently designed accommodation we did not encounter a problem. Of course, otherwise, the room was spotless, large, with its price fully justifying the services offered.
