★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θεωρώ ότι μία εταιρία που θέλει να έχει θετικά σχόλια και είναι υπεύθυνη , πρέπει στις εργασίες που αναλαμβάνει, να στέλνει το κατάλληλα εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό. Εάν όμως κάποιες φορές κάποιος τεχνίτης δεν έχει πλήρη επαγγελματική κατάρτιση ή μπορεί κάποιες φορές η επιλογή των κατάληλων τεχνιτών υπαλλήλων, να ξεφεύγει από τη δέουσα προσοχής της εταιρία για διαφόρους λόγους, τότε ο τεχνίτης γίνεται επιζήμιος για τον πελάτη και προφανώς για την ίδια την εταιρία . Η εταρία από την πλευρά της οφείλει, σαν υπεύθυνη που είναι, να αναγνωρίζει τα τυχόν σφάλματά της εις βάρος του πελάτη που την εμπιστεύθηκε όχι φαινομενικά αλλά ουσιαστικά .
 I believe that a company that wants to have positive feedback and is responsible, in the work it undertakes, must send the appropriate specialized staff. But if sometimes a craftsman does not have a full professional training or sometimes the choice of the right craftsmen can escape the proper attention of the company for various reasons, then the craftsman becomes detrimental to the customer and obviously to the company itself. The company, for its part, must, as responsible as it may be, acknowledge any errors to the detriment of the customer who entrusted it not seemingly but substantially.
