Τελικά η απόφραξη της λεκάνης έγινε σε 2 λεπτά -το πολύ- και πλήρωσα 50 ευρώ αντί για 30 που έλεγε ο τιμοκατάλογος και μάλιστα δεν μου έδωσε απόδειξη. Ν	Νικητας Χρυσανθακοπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εαν υπηρχε 0 αστερι θα το επαιρνε ... 1) Ευγενεστατοι στο αρχικο τηλεφωνο μεχρι να σου κλεισουν ραντεβου ως πελατη 2) Αφοτου ξεκινας τα τηλεφωνα για το που ειναι ο τεχνικος αρχιζει η κοροϊδια , την μια ερχεται , την αλλη ειναι στην περιοχη και αφοτου εχουν περασει 3 ωρες απο το προκαθορισμενο ραντεβου υποτιθεται οτι ψαχνει το σπιτι 3) Ο τεχνικος δεν ενημερωνει οτι δεν θα κοστισει τις καθορισμενες τιμες που αναγραφονται στο site τους και ξεκιναει εργασια ( αποφραξη λεκανης τουαλετας ) 4) Παιρνει παραπανω 10 ευρω απο την αναγραφομενη τιμη χωρις να κοψει καμια αποδειξη 5) Δυο ημερες μετα την αποφραξη παρουσιαζεται το ιδιο προβλημα παρολο την προσεκτικη χρηση ( καθολου χαρτια κ αντικειμενα στην λεκανη ) 6) Αυτη την στιγμη ειμαι στις 4 ωρες καθυστερηση μετα το ραντεβου χωρις καμια ενημερωση απο την γραμματεια τους για το ποτε θα ερθει ο τεχνικος και καθε φορα που παιρνω τηλεφωνο μου λενε παλι τις ιδιες δικαιολογιες 7) Δεν προβλεπουν καμια εκπτωση για την επαναληψη της εργασιας τους παρολο την επισημανση στο τεχνικο φευγωντας την πρωτη φορα οτι δεν τραβουσε καλα το νερο Μακρια απο αυτη την αποφρακτικη , οτι χειροτερο If there was 0 star he would get it ... 1) Very polite on the original phone until they make an appointment for you as a customer 2) After you start the phone calls about where the technician is, the joke starts, one comes, the other is in the area and after 3 hours have passed from the pre-arranged appointment, he is supposed to be looking for the house 3) The technician does not inform that he will not cost the specified prices listed on their site and starts work (toilet bowl blockage) 4) It takes more than 10 euros from the listed price without cutting any receipt 5) Two days after the blockage, the same problem occurs despite the careful use (no papers and objects in the basin) 6) At the moment I am 4 hours late after the appointment without any information from their secretariat about when the technician will come and every time I get a phone call they tell me the same excuses again 7) They do not foresee any discount for the repetition of their work despite the remark to the technician leaving the first time that he did not draw the water well Away from this obstruction, the worst
D	Dimis Dimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα 0 αστέρια. Σχεδόν 3 ώρες πέρασαν από το προκαθορισμένο ραντεβού κ σε κάθε τηλ που κάναμε μας έλεγαν ότι έρχεται το συνεργείο. Ο υπάλληλος χασομερης απ'ότι είδαμε κ μερικό πέσιμο στη γυναίκα μου εν απουσία μου. If I could I would put 0 stars. Almost 3 hours passed from the pre-arranged appointment and on every phone call we were told that the workshop was coming. The clerk lost weight from what we saw and a few falls on my wife in my absence.
Ε	Ελληνάρες Οδηγοί on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άργησαν 2 ώρες από το προκαθορισμένο ραντεβού, άλλο κόστος είπανε άλλο πήρανε, και η απόφραξη που κάνανε δε κράτησε πάνω από 20 ημέρες. Τους καλέσαμε να έρθουν μιας και συμφωνήσαμε για 10 το μήνα να έρχονται για έλεγχο και δεν ανταποκρίθηκαν ποτέ! Κρίμα γιατί την πρώτη φορά που τους καλέσαμε τα παιδιά που ήρθαν ήταν αστέρια! Τώρα ... M	Maria Fasili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάλεσα την εταιρεία για αποφραξη λεκάνης. Έρχεται τεχνικός την πρώτη φορά όπου με χειροκίνητη τρόμπα έλυσε προσωρινά το πρόβλημα, κόστος 30€. Μετά από λίγες ημέρες όμως είχα πάλι θέμα, τους ξανακαλεσα, έρχεται δεύτερος τεχνικός χωρίς χρέωση αφού είχα ήδη παραπονεθεί. Με τρόμπα ξανά δοκιμάζει αλλά το πρόβλημα παραμένει. Μου συστήνει να βγει η λεκάνη γιατί πιθανόν είχε πέσει αντικείμενο. Καλώ την εταιρία ώστε να κανονίσω επίσκεψη από υδραυλικό. Μετά από μια μέρα έρχεται άνθρωπος τους ξανά για αποφραξη ενώ είχα περιγράψει με λεπτομέρεια ότι είχε πει ο προηγούμενος άνθρωπος. Έφυγε χωρίς να έχω λύση. Κάλεσα δικό μου υδραυλικό να κάνει την εργασία όπου ο άνθρωπος μου είπε ότι δεν υπήρχε αντικείμενο απλά είχε φραξει από τα λύματα. Κάτι που ή εταιρεία αποφραξης μετά από τρεις επισκέψεις δεν κατάφερε να λύσει. I called the company for a pelvic blockage.
