★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a job for me a couple of years ago for which I paid a lot of money. We agreed I would get a formal receipt for the work. I spent 2 years emailing phoning and texting for one but was ignored. Finally got a receipt when my lawyer intervened. In the meantime the planters where they did the work cracked from one end to the other near the top. I was told by other insulation companies that Apollon did not insulate all the way up as they should have. When I asked them to return and fix them they ignored me. Got my lawyer to intervene again but they have refused to fix them unless I empty the soil which I had paid them good money to do along with the work 2 years ago so the burden should lie with them. I don't believe I should have to pay someone else to do work that I paid Apollon an exorbitant amount of money to have done correctly the first time around.
