★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the reception was very helpful and nice. The room was very large and the view from the balcony was nice. However, the star rating of this hotel probably hasn't changed since its heydays. It is an OK hotel, with OK rooms. It was clean and the price was right considering that we stayed here in the high season. Oh, and we wanted a pool, so there wasn't much to choose from in the lower end of the price scale. The pool didn't live up the expectations though, but that could probably be remedied by using a more recent picture. The bottom line is that although the physical condition of the hotel wasn't as advertised, it is not a disaster or anywhere near it. And as mentioned earlier the staff was very kind and service minded. And the beach, were we spent most of our time, was just a short stroll down the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent our honeymoon in one of the apartments, and we loved the place. The apartment was cute, and the walls and décor were nice. Lovely balcony to sit out on, shaded and comfortable. Small bathroom with a shower - everything we needed. A fridge, microwave, hotplate, kettle and drip coffee machine took care of us when we weren't out and about.
The only room issue we had was that the plug socket by the bed is starting to cone away from the wall, and made some crackling sounds with some sparks when attempting to fix a plug to it!
The pool area is peaceful, with comfortable places to sit, out of the sun, and the pool was kept clean. I'm not a water person, but my wife is, and happily spent ages floating around on a pool noodle just relaxing. And it's an excellent spot to have their wonderful continental breakfast.
Those breakfasts are big and varied and tasty, we loved them and neither of us are usually breakfast eaters.
The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable, they gave us some tips and help when we needed it, and took care ro warn us about the heat expected on one day when we were going out, which was very kind.
Also, the view immediately outside our wibdow was if some beautiful purple oleander bushes. We never tired of going out our door and seeing that right in front of us!
The beach is just a short walk down, and costs 6 euros a person for entry, with a lounger included. It's a lovely beach, and has various food and drinks easily obtainable.
The supermarket is also nearby, and they will happily take an online order (just download the eFood app for that, and takeout), or deliver a shop you've done in-store.
There's a number of restaurants, cafes and bakeries nearby, plus some mini markets, a pet shop, and a patisserie that we went into. All of the places we went to nearby were great.
It's a really nice place, and it made for a lovely honeymoon. We paid €30 to get from there into Athens, so be aware of that, but being slightly outside meant, for us, a cheaper and more peaceful stay overall.
We'd definitely go back here. Neither of us are hugely picky people, and we don't have any desire to go to expensive, posh places, we much prefer a clean and well looked after budget option, a little off the beaten path. And that's exactly what we got!
Just remember to buy some cat treats, if you want to make friends with the local strays. We made a few!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for our honeymoon for 10 days, and it was one of the nicest experiences I've ever had.
Our room came with a private balcony which I spent almost every morning on, the room itself was large and airy and very nicely decorated, the lighting was gentle, the kitchenette was ideal for a half board set up and the bathroom was fantastic.
The staff were fantastic, so accomodating, anything from helping to arrange transportation to takeaways to gentle local advice. They were always around, always happy to arrange deliveries for you, and had a brilliant system in place to ensure rooms remained clean whilst keeping everyone safe from the pandemic.
The breakfasts were divine, beautiful Greek honey and homemade preserves, perfectly toasted bread and warmed pastries, and a seemingly endless supply of fresh orange juice and lovely coffee.
The pool itself was clean, the area well maintained, the loungers and seating areas comfortable with an option to be out of the direct sun if you didn't want it.
Maybe a five minute walk away from a clean, beautiful beach. 6 euros per person for entry a longer and umbrella table, which was very reasonable. Plenty of delightful eateries nearby, along with a supermarket and other amenity shops (pharmacies etc).
I cannot recommend this place enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel! My husband and I are happy here and don't want to go home at all. A huge room, a living room and a bedroom, a bathtub with a bathtub, not with a shower, all appliances and a stove. The pool is small but beautiful! A stylish Greek hotel. Of course, we highly recommend it to everyone! The center of Athens can be reached in 25 minutes by bus 122. Thanks to the dear owners of the hotel!
