Πραγματοποίησα αλλαγή και ζήτησα να αποσταλεί η παραγγελία σε νέα διεύθυνση λόγω μετακόμισης. 24/6 επέστρεψα την πρώτη παραγγελία. Η καινούργια παραγγελία απεστάλη στην παλιά διεύθυνση στις 29/6. Σήμερα 4/7 δεν έχω λάβει ακόμα την παραγγελία μου. Very polite and helpful call center, but courtesy is not enough. I made a change and asked for the order to be sent to a new address due to relocation. 24/6 I returned the first order. The new order was sent to the old address on 29/6. Today 4/7 I have not yet received my order.

Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ! The shipment was immediate without shipping and cash on delivery. The shoes I ordered are excellent. Careful packaging and information via e-mail on the progress of the order. Πολύ ευγενική τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ γρήγορη η διαδικασία της αλλαγής, παρότι βρίσκομαι στην Αθήνα. I placed an order from the site. It was the best price for the product I wanted. There had to be a change, as eventually I needed a different number. Very polite phone service and very fast the process of change, even though I am in Athens.

Ο μόνος λογος που αφαιρω αστέρι ειναι για να το ξανα σκεφτούν να αλλαξουν εταιρεια κούριερ γιατι η ελτα ειναι πραγματικά απαραδεκτη. Αν δεν είχαν μεσολαβησει απο το καταστημα με τόσα τηλέφωνα κ με πιεση το δωρο θα ειχε γυρισει πισω κ τους ευχαριστω για αυτο. Οποτε καλο θα ειναι να βρουν καλυτερους συνεργάτες. Excellent prices and shop and very kind himself. The only reason I remove a star is to reconsider changing courier company because elta is really unacceptable. If they had not mediated from the store with so many phones and with pressure the gift would have come back and I thank them for that. So it would be good to find better partners.
A	Anastasia Kalyviotou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπορεί να ήταν καλή η τιμή και η ποιότητα ΑΛΛΑ έχοντας κάνει 95€ παραγγελία έπρεπε να αλλάξω 2 ζευγάρια του μικρού μου, στο ένα βρήκα νούμερο στο άλλο όχι κ ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων γιατί δε βρήκα κάτι ανάλογο. Με χρέωσαν 7€!! Τα 4€ για την αλλαγή και τα 3€ για την επιστροφή χρημάτων. Απαράδεκτο.. The price and quality may have been good BUT having made a € 95 order I had to change 2 pairs of my little one, in one I found a number in the other no and I asked for a refund because I did not find something similar. They charged me 7 € !! The 4 € for the change and the 3 € for the return of money. Unacceptable ..
