J	John Panas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πηγα να ρωτήσω τι πρέπει να κάνω για να έχω τηλέφωνο στην Τουρκία όπου θα ταξίδευα έχοντας ενα καρτοκινητό. Ο υπάλληλος ηταν άσχετος μου είπε αλλά νταλων με αποτέλεσμα να μείνω χωρίς κινητό μιας και τα 15 ευρω που είχα στην κάρτα τελείωσαν στο πρώτο τηλέφωνο που με πήραν διάρκειας λιγότερης απο 5 λεπτά απο την Ελλάδα .Έπρεπε εαν δεν ήξερε να μην μου έλεγε, οχι να υποθέσει και να δώσει λάθος πληροφορίες. Αποτέλεσμα ήταν να μείνω χωρίς μονάδες και χωρίς πλοήγηση μιας και οταν την χρειάστηκα δεν ειχα πλέον δεδομένα. Ταλαιπωρήθηκα πανω από 4 ωρες για να κάνω 50 χιλιόμετρα μπαινοντας Κωνσταντινούπολη χωρίς πλοήγηση. I went to ask what I need to do to have a phone in Turkey where I would travel with a prepaid phone. The clerk was irrelevant, he told me, but I was left without a cell phone, since the 15 euros I had on the card ended up on the first phone that took me less than 5 minutes from Greece. assume and give wrong information. As a result, I was left without units and without navigation, since when I needed it I no longer had data. I struggled for over 4 hours to do 50 kilometers entering Istanbul without navigation.

Κατάφεραν να μου πουλήσουν μηνιαίο πρόγραμμα με την cosmote χωρίς να μου εξηγήσουν ότι αυτό είναι μηνιαίο!!! Εγώ τα χρειαζόμουν μόνο για 10 μερες τα έξτρα MB και τους το ειχα πει. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να χρεωθώ και τον μήνα αλλά κ τα έξοδα για την διακοπή του συμβολαίου. Απαράδεκτοι!!! Κ φυσικά δεν με βοήθησαν με κάποιο τρόπο ώστε να μη χρεωθώ την διακοπή! I went to the store in August when I needed extra MB for my vacation. They managed to sell me a monthly program with cosmote without explaining to me that this is monthly !!! I only needed the extra MB for 10 days and I told them. The result was to be charged for the month and the expenses for the termination of the contract. Unacceptable !!! Of course they did not help me in any way so that I would not be charged for the interruption!
