Surprised by the good reviews (although I see that the owners themselves write them?) There are apartments in Nea Irakliya, this very location is advertised on well-known platforms. Actually, thanks to the reviews (old), we booked these rooms for two weeks. What to say? Very old, dirty, unkempt and uncomfortable apartment. With shabby furniture, broken doors that won't close, and stains on lamps and wallpaper. At the entrance we were detained for two hours in the heat, without apologizing, explaining that they were still cleaning, when we went inside, it was dirty. The balconies of the apartments are common and walk-through, so if you do not want to be walked by and looked at when you are resting, it is impossible to open the blinds, you get the impression that you live in a bazaar, because the hostess lives right behind the wall and for some reason prefers not speak while screaming. During the two weeks of our stay, we almost killed our backs on short vintage mattresses with darned sheets and pancake pillows. We changed our linen only partially, and then only after 8 days. Kitchen utensils fell apart in the hands when used .. The hostess's intrusiveness and tactlessness was off the charts. From the very beginning there was the impression that we were not welcome, but that they were doing us a favor by letting us in. Thanks to the sea for being close and somehow brightened up our vacation. I absolutely do not recommend it. Nightmare.

Very old apartment! Balcony accessible to all tenants although the balcony doors are from 1950 and everyone can turn it. Our reservation was postponed by one day and we only found out by SMS the day before, but the apartment was not ready the following day and were only allowed in 3 to 4 hours later. It wasn't better inside, our feet went black from the dirty floor, the bathroom looked terrible, all the furniture must have been at least 40 years old !!! In the freezer was all imagination, dishes collapsed during use. The mattresses were terrible, after 2 nights I had back pain. In the bathroom there were 8 different used bottles, every old guest must have left his rubbish there and the "lady" didn't want to dispose of them. The "hostess" even wanted to tell us how to use the air conditioning, she was probably afraid to pay a few euros more for electricity. I thought it was still outrageous that we had to speak to you after 8 days to change bed linen and towels, she only gave us half a soap by herself! I can only recommend everyone not to go there !!! From me it's actually minus 5 stars ?
