I emailed them and gave them a bunch of colors, charms and details. They emailed me back with several ideas they had but not just ideas they went ahead and put the bracelets together so I could see what they looked like. I chose one of my favorites and said I wish it was a little more blue a little green but I like the burgundy. They then came back to me with those exact changes in pictures. It was perfect. I forgot to mention that before we got started they asked for a picture of the Apriati bracelet I had previously purchased on my wrist. They wanted to be sure that the bracelet they designed would go well with the bracelet I already had. They thought of everything! They included a nice letter and even a gift. I really couldn’t be more pleased. I can’t wait to purchase my next beautiful piece of art (jewelry to most people) from them.

The Apriati team was also very responsive and was available by email at all times. The product initially ordered online turned out to be beautiful so its online representation is exactly what you have when you receive it.
On a separate note, I have been wearing 2 Apriati bracelets that I purchased in Mykonos more than 10 years ago and they are still beautiful.
I am very happy with this brand altogether and I highly recommend it. Thank you.
