På gården finns det en plats för att leka barnen. När vill man vila på gården, kunna göra det till en lagun. Perfekt utsikt till havet! Πολύ καλή κατασκευή δωματίων, έτσι ώστε, ενώ βρίσκονται στον ίδιο όροφο 5 δωμάτια, να είναι το καθένα, πλήρως ανεξάρτητο.Ιδιαίτερη κατασκευή στον κήπο, για κάποια στιγμή χαλάρωσης, δίπλα σε τρεχούμενα νερά. Λίγα παιχνίδια παιδικής χαράς στην άκρη του κήπου, έτσι ώστε, να μην ενοχλούντα οι ένοικοι. Υπηρεσία καθαριότητας κάθε 3 μέρες, με παρουσία ενοικιαστών. Σε ήσυχη περιοχή, παρότι βρίσκεται κοντά σε θάλασσα (3 λεπτά). Απίστευτη θέα στο Ιόνιο! Ευγενέστατος ο ιδιοκτήτης, καθώς και το προσωπικό. Jättebra plats med lägenheter. Personnel var artiga. S	Sari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βρώμικο δωμάτιο παλιάς κατασκευής με ελλείψεις.Ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν ασχολείται με τα δωμάτια.Εδώ τον ψάχνεις τελευταία μέρα να τον πληρώσεις.Χωρίς απόδειξη βέβαια εκτός αν κάνεις φασαρία.Έχει μια κοπελιά που καθαρίζει και τρέχει σαν το Βέγγο.Πίεση νερού για μπάνιο μηδενική.Δεν πειράζει...Θα κάνετε μπάνιο στις ντουζιέρες των beach bar. Ε	Ευάγγελος Θεοχάρης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θετικά: Το ένα και μοναδικό κοριτσάκι που έχει αναλάβει την καθαριότητα και τον ανεφοδιασμό σε είδη πρώτης ανάγκης ήταν παραπάνω από φιλότιμο και πάντα ήθελε να εξυπηρετήσει. Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να ζητήσεις ο ίδιος πότε θα γίνει η καθαριότητα του δωματίου. Ότι ζητήσεις θα το έχεις άμεσα χωρίς δυσφορία. Αρνητικά: Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι είναι εγκαταλελειμμένοι. Οι φωτογραφίες δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με αυτό που αντίκρισα. Ποτέ δεν καταφέραμε να κάνουμε ικανοποιητικό ντουζ καθώς δεν υπήρχε πίεση στο δίκτυο ( σε αντίθεση με τα ντουζ της παραλίας). Το πάρκινγκ αφορά τον δημόσιο δρόμο που υπάρχει μπροστά από τις εγκαταστάσεις.Δεν υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης των εγκαταστάσεων. G	Giannis Platanakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with clean and full equipped rooms.It is suitable for families and the staff very polite and helpful such as the owner.There is local market, grocery shop, bakery and lots of places for food and drinks.Beach is very close and the sea water fantastic.We might choose it again in the future.
