Negative: The packages were open. I do not understand that the lid was unscrewed by itself ... Of course I do not know if acs is responsible for this ...

Ωστόσο η παραγγελία έγινε Παρασκευή βράδυ (οπότε μεσολάβησε Σαββατοκύριακο), τη Δευτέρα το μεσημέρι μου ήρθε SMS ότι έχει αποσταλεί και την Τετάρτη το παρέλαβα! Όλα τα προϊόντα σωστά, η συσκευασία προσεγμένη, όλα καλά! After the negative reviews I saw here, I was anxious about my order since it was also prepaid. However, the order was placed on Friday night (so it was a weekend), on Monday at noon I received an SMS that it has been sent and on Wednesday I received it! E	Elisavet Mav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγελία στις 4 Νοεμβρίου και ήρθε στις 16. Με πήραν πριν μια βδομάδα αλλά δυστυχώς δεν το πρόλαβα. Τους κάλεσα 6 φορές ώστε το Σάββατο 13/11 να μου πουν πως θα την έχω τη Δευτέρα καθώς έλειπε μια πιπίλα που για κακη μου τύχη την είχα βάλει για να καλύψω τα 39€για δωρεάν αποστολή και θα μου επεστρεφαν τη διαφορά. Σήμερα με κάλεσαν για να μου πουν πως θα έρθει αύριο (16/11) γιατί έλειπε και ένα ακόμη προϊόν και αντί για μια προσφορά σε προβιοτικα θα μου στείλουν την απλή συσκευασία γιατί δεν έχουν άλλο απόθεμα. Αν με ξαναδείτε γράψτε με. Κλείστε το αν δεν μπορείτε να ανταποκριθείτε στις απαιτήσεις της εταιρείας σας. Ξεφτιλες Order on November 4th and came on the 16th. I was picked up a week ago but unfortunately I did not get it. F	Fotini Papa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι το μόνο φαρμακείο που παίρνεις τηλέφωνο και το σηκωνουν αμέσως...Το δυσάρεστο είναι ότι παραγγέλνεις Τετάρτη και παραλαμβάνεις την επόμενη Τρίτη...(μετά από 3 τηλέφωνα και 1 mail)και η κατάσταση παραγγελίας να εκκρεμεί!!Δεν φτάνουν μόνο οι χαμηλές τιμές,φάρμακα αναγκαία παίρνουμε! It is the only pharmacy that you call and they pick it up immediately ... The unpleasant thing is that you order on Wednesday and receive it next Tuesday ... (after 3 phone calls and 1 mail) and the order status is pending !! Only the low ones do not arrive prices, necessary medicines we get!

Τους παρακάλεσα επειδή ήταν πράγματα για μωρό να τα έστελναν άμεσα μου είπαν θα προσπαθήσουν, δεν τα έστειλαν την ίδια ημέρα, την επόμενη κάλεσα και δεν την είχαν στείλει και μου είπαν πληρώσετε σήμερα ενώ είχαμε επιβεβαιώσει μαζί την πληρωμή την προηγούμενη ημέρα. Αν δεν σας αρέσει η δουλεια σας κάντε κάτι άλλο!δεν συστήνεται! Unacceptable behavior of employees in the service on the Phone, irony and no willingness to facilitate service. Καθόλου τυπικοί, τους ψάχνεις για να σε ενημερώσουν σχετικά με την παραγγελία σου γιατί άργησε δίχως λόγο, και τα μισά προϊόντα από την παραγγελία μου δεν υπήρχαν καν διαθέσιμα. Αν δνε μπορείτε να είστε επαγγελματίες κλείστε το! The most unacceptable online pharmacy! Not typical, you are looking for them to inform you about your order because it was late for no reason, and half of the products from my order were not even available. If you can not be a professional, close it!
C	Chrath28 Athos28 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά μη ξανά παραγγείλει κανένας από αυτό φαρμακείο! Υπάρχουν τόσα φαρμακεία αξία άμεσης εξυπηρέτησης, ευγένειας, πολύ καλύτερων τιμών!!! Απαράδεκτοι σε όλα τους! Δείτε τα σχόλια και από τους άλλους και θα καταλάβετε. Ο μόνος λόγος που παρήγγειλα είναι γιατί είχε κάτι μάσκες που είναι καλές και έβαλα παραγγελία 76€(2πλασια σχεδόν για δύο δωρεάν μεταφορές αφού είναι 39€ δωρεάν τα μεταφορικά) Από Δευτέρα με πήρα τηλέφωνο Τετάρτη ότι θα φύγει η παραγγελία μου Παρασκευή για να έρθει ένα σαπούνι 4€ αξίας. Τους εξήγησα η παραγγελία επείγει και να στείλουν αυτά που υπάρχουν και σε επόμενη αποστολή. Με ενημερώνουν ότι είτε θα μου δώσουν χρήματα πίσω η θα χρεωθώ μεταφορικά. Κι εκεί λοιπόν είναι που αναφέρω την αξία της παραγγελίας μου κι ότι πρέπει να κάνουν αυτό που οφείλουν αφού το προϊόν ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμο στο site μου κλείνουν το τηλέφωνο βιαστικά και μου έρχεται μήνυμα για αποστολή παραγγελίας και επιστροφή χρημάτων του σαπουνιού. Ελπίζω τα προϊόντα που θα παραλάβω να είναι σωστά και όλα αλλιώς δε ξέρω κι εγώ τι θα κάνω. Really do not order from any of these pharmacies again! There are so many pharmacies worth the immediate service, courtesy, much better prices !!! Unacceptable in all of them! See the comments from others and you will understand. The only reason I ordered is because it had some masks that are good and I placed an order of € 76 (almost twice as much for two free transfers since it is € 39 free shipping) From Monday I got a call on Wednesday that my order would leave on Friday for a € 4 worth of soap to arrive. I explained to them the order is urgent and they send the existing ones to the next shipment. They inform me that they will either give me money back or I will be charged for shipping. And that is where I mention the value of my order and that they have to do what they owe since the product was immediately available on my site, they hastily turn off the phone and I get a message to send an order and refund the soap. I hope the products I receive are correct and everything else I do not know what I will do.
