Δε γνωρίζω τη γλωσσα αλλά με εξυπηρέτησαν και με κατατοπισαν άψογα και με πολλή ευγένεια. μεγαλη ποικιλία απο βιβλια, περιοδικα αλλά και άλλα αντικείμενα και παιχνίδια. I had visited it a while ago looking for a gift book for a Russian-speaking person. I do not know the language but they served me and informed me perfectly and with a lot of courtesy. Large variety of books, magazines and other items and toys.

Ответили быстро, при этом ничего не сказав об условиях и ограничениях. В общем на следующий день я уже пришла за товаром. Отношение было ужасное, агрессивное. Мужчина был без маски внутри магазина и требовал рапид тест или сертификат. Кричал как бешанный. К тому же за товар, мне не дали чек. Мне не понравилось само отношение, можно было и повежлевее обращаться с клиентами. Я разочарована и моё настроение испорчено. Никому не советую. В такие тяжёлые дни мы должны оставаться людьми прежде всего и по вежливее, тем более с теми, кто оставляет вам деньги. Today, when the world lives in concern about Covid. I needed a sticker for a computer with Russian letters. I found it on Facebook and wrote to them in the messenger. They responded quickly, without saying anything about the conditions and restrictions. In general, the next day I already came for the goods. The attitude was terrible and aggressive. The man was without a mask inside the store and required a rapid test or certificate. Shouted like mad. Besides, they didn't give me a check for the goods. I didn’t like the attitude itself; I could have treated clients more politely. I am disappointed and my mood is ruined. I do not advise anyone. In such difficult days, we must remain people first and foremost and more politely, especially with those who leave you money.

Terrible service / pathetic person (male who is working on the counter)/ Liar Run away! ‐-------------- As to follow up with the store owner reply in regards to the covid measurements: my feedback has actually nothing to do with the measurements in place as I am fully vaccinated and was able to grant access to the store with no issue whatsoever. However, the western union agent was the person with no mask and no respect at all to the covid measurements. Now to the point, the same person refused to proceed with a normal transaction claiming that a verification process has to take place while this was not true! and he knew he was lying! Really pathetic! You will have more details from western union headquarters following an already filed complaint! Last not least; shame on you on how you try to find ways to play around with the feedback!
