Αυτή τη φορά όμως που αγόρασα ένα συγκεκριμένο προϊόν (πιπίλες συγκεκριμένα) το οποίο μάλλον είχε πρόβλημα (τις έβρασα για αποστείρωση και "έλιωσαν" οι θηλές) και πήρα να το πω, η απάντηση ήταν "Δεν έχουμε καμιά δουλειά, να πάρετε να κάνετε τα παράπονά σας στην εταιρεία". Ότι όποιος πελάτης έχει πρόβλημα με κάποιο προϊόν, ο σωστός τρόπος εξυπηρέτησης είναι να του πεις να πάρει την εταιρεία τηλέφωνο. Το θεωρώ απαράδεκτο και δεν είναι για το ποσό, Το ποσό ήταν ευτελές. Απαράδεκτος ο τρόπος και η απάντηση φυσικά. Ακόμα κι αν όντως δεν έχουν "καμμιά δουλειά", θα έπρεπε τουλάχιστον να πουν "Δεν γνωρίζουμε, αλλά θα μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε ένα ερώτημα στην εταιρεία και θα σας απαντήσουμε" ή κάτι τέτοιο τέλος πάντων. Και δεν βάζω 1 αστεράκι μόνο και μόνο χάριν των προηγούμενων φορών που έχω ψωνίσει από εκεί και ήταν οκ.
In the few times I have shopped from there, I had no issue. But this time when I bought a specific product (pacifiers in particular) which probably had a problem (I boiled them for sterilization and the nipples "melted") and I got to say it, the answer was "We have no job, get to do the your complaints to the company ". That any customer has a problem with a product, the right way to serve is to tell him to call the company. I find it unacceptable and not for the amount, The amount was cheap. The way and the answer are unacceptable of course. Even if they really have "no job", they should at least say "We do not know, but we could ask a question to the company and we will answer you" or something like that anyway. And I do not put 1 star just because of the previous times I have bought from there and it was ok.
