We went to visit the Sithonia area in July 2016, and stayed here for 7 days. The hosts are amazingly kind and helpful with everything we asked. This is a family owned business. Comfortable cozy room. Located at 2 km just on the outskirts of the Sarti town, not far from the very beautiful seaside. Looking forward to visit again in the summer. Highly recommended!

Big smile and big hearth from Mrs Vasilki, our host. Place is very nice, great see view, spotless clean. The place is close to top Sithonia beaches: Platanitsi beach just few steps, Ark beach around the corner, Orange beach and Kalamitsi 20 min drive. Sarti and Sykia are lovely cityes.

I booked this accomodatation online for 5 family, they answer all of out questions and worries in a perfect English! When we’ve got there it was like in pictures, big Yard for the kids to play, barbecue area and the rooms very nice, Clean and confortable with big balcony! We’ve got an apartment with 2 rooms ( ve have 2 kids) we have had the time of our life there, you can go to Platania beach by feet , 5 minutes to go, Sarti At 4 min by car! You have Plenty of beaches to explore near, in every direction, a nice village near Sikia and the tour of Sithonia by car visit every beach, around 1 our! The Owners speak English really well and are really nice, they expected us with frappe cofee, tipuro and juice for the kids! Always smilling and never complain of anything! Archontariki studios, have 2 building, 10m Away , the New ones have 2 balcony on each Side and are more luxury and quiet, But we choose an apartment in the old building to be near the big Yard Where all the kids( from our group) meet to play in the evening! We have 2 birthdays in our group, the Owner we’re So nice to give us Even presents! In the morning i drank my coffe with the Owners talking about History, i love it! I Even miss the Owner, like my parents! I will come Back for sure to this accomodation!

Ideal place for spending a family holiday. Wonderful hosts are always ready to help. Rooms are nice and very clean. Archontariki has a beautiful garden with many places to rest, some of them overlooking the sea. Location is perfect since it takes only 5 minutes to get to the beach by foot and many beautiful beaches are within close distance.

Archontariki Studios was the best decision we made!!! We have been to several accommodations on Sithonia, but the Archontariki Studios are by far the winner. The resort is surrounded by olive trees. The rooms are very well kept, clean and have everything you need. The bathroom with shower is absolutely hygienic. A small kitchenette with the most necessary tools and a refrigerator with an icebox is also available. If you don't want to go out for a day (because you got burned by the sun the days before), everything is available to make yourself comfortable in the room. A well-functioning air conditioning is available and from the balcony, you have a great view of the sea and Mount Athos. If you get up early enough, there is a breathtaking sunrise rising behind the mountain. it is possible to have laundry done and parking is also available. Archontariki Studios are in the best strategic position and is a bit away from crowded places. The nearest beach is a few minute's walks away. Sarti is just a stone's throw away where there are many restaurants, all kinds of stores, and also a large supermarket. Sykia is also nearby, where there is a very charming market on weekends, offering all the culinary delights of the region. A little insider tip is the vegetable stall on the wayside, just next to Platania House, where a nice lady sells fresh fruit & vegetables from her own cultivation and eggs from happy village chickens. The most beautiful beaches of the whole peninsula are within easy reach by car. All in all, Archontariki Studios are an outstanding place that offers a quiet place to relax and all the conditions for a wonderful vacation. But my five stars go not only to the accommodation but also to the family that runs the Archontariki Studios. They deserve at least 10.000 stars!!! From the first moment, until we said goodbye we were treated very warmly and we were offered a kind of welcome that is second to none. We were welcomed with open arms from the beginning and after a few days, we had the feeling of being part of the family. Viki and Alexandros are the owners and make sure that no wishes are left unfulfilled. Without a doubt, you can tell immediately that they are born hosts and do it out of passion. The entire family is accommodating, very friendly, open, modern, mega educated and always open for a conversation in the garden of the house, with Greek coffee or frappe. We can recommend the Archontariki Studios, to everyone with a clear heart. We can not wait to go back to spend our next vacation there.
