★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced in my opinion, not quite worth 80€/day. Our room was in the basement, didn't have much sunlight and during breakfast the noise was unbearable. The manager was trying to look friendly, didn't really help us much though. On the plus side the room was clean but the cleaning lady even tidied up our staff. This is my 3rd year in Ammouliani and I prefer the other hotels over Archontiko

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pleasant and cosy place. The hotel was very clean as well as our room. There was a wide range of breakfast. The communication with the owner was immediate and they gave us tips of where to go, to eat etc.
Rarely do you find boutique hotels like Arxontikό! We definitely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best quality price ratio for a central situated accomodation. Easy access to relevant beaches, parking place, best greek coffee ?, close to several markets and tavernas, near to the port and some kids atractions. Nice bed, all furniture is new and fine. We enjoied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very good family run hotel. Very nice and kind owners, always there if you need something, tips about the island. Very clean rooms, new sheets and towels i think daily. Also cleaning daily. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a beatiful terace and sea view. Also very good breakfast, with a beautiful terace to eat. Close to the port and taverns. Also a very nice beach 5 minutes away, with awesome beach bar (bongo beach bar). 10/10 would recomend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room, great big balcony, a bit noisy on the street side but you get used to it. Small but adequate bathroom. Very good value for the money. Family owned, they will go that extra length to help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful stay here, the hosts are very friendly and helpful, the room was nice decorated, by real artist! The people put a lot of effort and deserve best praises. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was good with even homemade cake.
