★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments were great as well as huge, the owners were really kind and everything was on point. What fascinated me most was the fact that they could accomodate many people without any trouble and they were very close to a fantastic beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful stay at villa Oleana this summer!! I absolutely recommend this villas complex. So close to city center and only 4 minutes away from my the beach! House was really clean.
Will definitely come back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE THEM!!!!!! Best hostes I've ever met and for that exact reason best vacations! Perfect, more private, beach nearby that makes you feel like a local and ideal distance from downtown! Great combination of price, location and amenities! I would definetely recommend and obviously choose it again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arenaria villas at Agios Ioannis in Lefkas and particularly Oleana villa is the perfect place for holidays. Our main feeling was we lived and touched nature at max, having a luxurious accommodation with all the amenities and a pool.
All this in a quiet and peaceful spot within a few minutes drive from the town and a short walk from the beach nearby. The villa was very clean, equipment was complete, all in good working condition, wi fi was good too and the hosts Molly and Vagelis were superb. Credits to them for the high level of services provided and the attention they pay to the detail.
Can't wait to visit again.
A great place to be in the very beatiful island of Lefkas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our best place in the last 10 years.. we spent great 7 days at the villa. Either you can enjoy the big swimming pool or explore the Lefkada's beaches. The villa is equiped with all necessary utilities. Just drop your luggage and start to enjoy your summer place..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really clean houses with nice aesthetics that provide everything you may need.The hosts were also really kind and helpful which is a nice attribute.
The place is close to the town center but it is really quiet and peaceful. It is also a 5' walk from an almost private beach which comes in handy.
I would definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional beautiful villas luxurious and clean, 4 min walking to one of the best beaches in Leukada. The owers were nice, caring and kind. Everithing perfect, coudn't be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented the house together with a group of friends and we stayed one week. Is really spacious and is fully equiped with all you would need. And you have a bathroom in all rooms, plus an extra one in the living area. After setteling, we started to see the details of the house, and it's wonderful decorations.After that, the owners arrived to welcome us, wich i found quite nice. At arrival we found yougurt and white wine in the fridge and when they came, they brought a bag full of grapes. They also helped with arranging two rented cars, wich we had in front of the accomodation, early the next day.Cleaning lady was there every 3 days and the poolboy came in our last day. The closest beach and restaurants are at a 5 minutes walk. I highly recommend the place and I would like to return.
