★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is definitely the best place to stay in santorini! It is located at the heart of fira so it is easy to explore everywhere. Also there is a lovely pool area, gym, spa etc which makes the stay so enjoyable and relaxing. The decor around the whole hotel and rooms is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow!! A real gem, literally a 30 second walk into Fira .. we were welcomed like royalty, fresh lemonade and hot towels. Dimi helped us with our bags and explained parking to us , even meeting us at the bottom of the hill to guide us to the hotel. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, modern and had a real airy feel. The buffet style breakfast was plentiful and tasty, especially the homemade breads. Our room was also clean and comfy . I would recommend this hotel without reservation, I would go back tomorrow if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly personel! We spent our last day at Aressana as it was possible to use their pool area & daybeds for a day for a small fee. Food and drinks were really good. The atmosphere was very calm and chilled - good to relax. It is very good situated and just around the bus station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Aressana was the perfect Fira destination for us. We were within steps of the caldera, everyone at the hotel was professional and courteous, and ensured that we were well taken care of.
I enjoyed the intimacy and boutique feel of it. The beds were very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and the pool area was really pretty.
The Aressana is on my "must sell" list, and I have a group of travelers anticipating a June visit there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and spacious facilities and beautiful and organised. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and the receptionist gave us a tour when we first arrived. Unfortunately due to the time of year, we couldn't swim in the pool since it was too cold. Small bugs in the water but that is to be expected in outdoor pools. The breakfast was excellent, large variety to offer and staff ready to help with anything. They have a great chess set which I have attached a photo of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Steps away from restaurants and shops. The staff welcomed us with drinks and refreshing towels. They were extremely friendly and responsive to our requests. The facility including our room that was overlooking pool was very well taken care off and very clean. Breakfast buffet had good selection of yummy food.
