Pleasantly surprised by the standard and quality of all the facilities. Anna the host is very welcoming. Great location as close to Troulos beach, between Skiathos town and Koukonaries Beach at west tip of island. Magnificent views as location is up the hill off the road.

Simple but well furnished rooms with, possibly, the best sea views on the island. All rooms face the sea, and the higher the better. Showers are simple as they come, hand held but adequate. Free wifi everywhere and a terrific pool. Troulos & shops / tavernas a 5 min walk down the hill.

This is our second time here our first was three years ago. The location for us is perfect about a ten minute walk to taverna and restaurants and supermarkets also to beaches. There is a steep hill to Areti but the view from the rooms and pool is well worth the walk. The studios are large and simply furnished I would say a 3 star in my opinion. The pool and pool bar area is in a lovely setting with views out to sea. However, since our last visit the pool side furniture has become very old and tatty the sunbed cushions have seen better days and umbrellas are old and tatty looking. I think for the money you pay they should now look at replacing these for new ones. The bar drinks were 4 euro for a large beer and 8 euro for a cocktail this was around the same price you would pay on the island. But you can find a little cheaper in town. The bar snacks were pizza ten euro bsguette 7.50 euro and you don't get any chips or crisps with it. You pay extra. The island is stunning and we had a fab time. We would go back one day but would only choose the areti if we read reviews and found that the pool furniture had been replaced. The bar was very quiet as it was end if season and Karen struggled with it being so quiet. I would not go back in September as the island seems to be winding down for closure ⛱️⛱️⛱️

Amazing apartments, Milos and Kostas were so friendly and helpful....they made our holiday! Cannot recommend Areti enough ?

Lovely place to stay, good pool, helpful owners, you just need to be fit to get to the apartments, but well worth the effort

Stayed at the Nina-Areti for 2 weeks. Views across the bay are breath taking. Rooms are a little basic but you don't need much else when away. The one thing that stopped me giving 5 star is that there was no where to put the shower head and the other being its very limited on parking space.
