D	Derrick Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at this hotel twice this year for about two weeks each. Both times I was treated like family and catered too as if they knew me my entire life. I highly recommend this hotel, they shuttle to base/ airport and serve delicious breakfast every morning.

The hotel shuttle was waiting for us when we came out through customs, check in was quick and the bed was very comfortable - medium firm with a soft mattress topper. Plenty of hot water in the morning shower. Only the breakfast was a bit disappointing, continental plus some yoghurt and honey. A boiled egg and some fresh fruit would have made it both healthier and more filling. Good coffee.

It was a little hard to find but the staff literally came with their van to find us when we were lost getting there. The hotel is probably a 3 if your are used to Marriott and Hilton hotels. Small bathrooms were the biggest challenge. However they were very clean. The breakfast helps the rating with a great but small selection of local breakfast items like Greek yogurt with honey cereals pastries pancakes with Nutella and more. The staff was very accommodating and did a great job. Overall it's a great value considering the cost. It's not Marriott but if your looking for something a little more local flavor this is a great choice. We would stay here again.
G	Gil Rimon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the rooms ate nothing to write home about. so is the breakfast. however the service was excellent, the AC worked well, pool is very very nice including a baby pool. you can order food from the reception which was good but took a while to arrive. we had a very good time
C	Cass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here because we had a flight early the following morning and opted to walk to the airport, which took about 35 minutes on pleasant back roads. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with someone at the desk all through the night even on the off season. Staff ordered a fantastic takeaway dinner for us as well; there are several great restaurants nearby that deliver. Very happy with the service offered here.
E	Elmyra Vysockaja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly host who helped to order dinner from restaurant in near village. Room near airport (about 3 km), so can be reached on foot. Just be aware of cars because all the road to hotel is without sidewalk. Part of furniture absolutely new. But... Very dark and gloomy apartment for big price :( No windows in bedroom, only a small window near the entrance door. Cold and insufficient lighting creates uncomfortable feeling in the apartment. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere - no markets, no restaurants. Taxi from/to airport costs 15 Eur what is crazy price for 3 km, so if you have car you could find better place to stay.

I booked the hotel as I had an overnight transfer from the local airport and they advertised free shuttle. When I contacted them to let them know my flight times they told me they weren't arranging shuttles, and that was that. No apology, no advice how to get to the hotel. Hard luck. In the end, not knowing how much taxis were, not wanting to exchange money unnecessarily. I decided to walk as it is not too far, but maybe not the best idea even though I was travelling light. But the accommodation was great. Simple, beautiful, friendly. Solid breakfast and clean rooms. I would love to return (with some transport) with my family. A beautiful little village, 24hr reception and bar, so many things to like. They do need to remove the offer of a shuttle from their advertising, and do need to improve their communication with guests before arrival. I came so close to cancelling because of this terrible experience, but glad I didn't. But still irritated by the shuttle issue and communication.
