★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful park next to the sea. One may just walk around the yachts or jog in the grass. Parking in the area is normally available. Ideal for a Sunday morning if there is a sunshine weather forecast, doesn't worth it in foggy or rainy conditions. Plenty of restaurants and cafeterias at the area for the next step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to go for a stroll, walk your dog or jog but abandoned, lots of broken stairs and steps, dirty, plants and trees left to dry, garbage everywhere.. I'd say that authorities need to do something about it soon, it's a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a regular marina. The beach nearby is neglected. Swimming is forbidding, there are algae on the sea and you may find rubbish on the sand along the coast. During the summer there is a place to buy some drinks and food with plastic tables and chairs for you to sit down and relax, that is if you don't go when the teenagers go. In that case, it's hard to get a seat and you might find it difficult to talk since teens play their own music loud and are pretty disrespectful. I'm told there are plans to refurbish or redesign the coast. Looking forward to it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place in respect of view and nature, but it is abandoned for many years. It is such a pitty that places like this remain unexploited for many years while they have the potential of being the top places to go to in the town... It had a beautiful amusement park "Luna Park" right next to it (which is also abandoned nowadays) and the only place which is decent to sit and drink something is the cafeteria right next to it, but is lacking the proper luxurity that maches with this place. Every building you can see from this point looks like it survived from world war 2 bombing, the walls are full of humidity and falling and never being repaired since their construction. As a local citizen it is very sad to see this place falling into the state that it is today.
