Ειχαμε αποστειλει 2 δεματα μεσω της συγκεκριμενης εταιριας απο τις 12/7/17 για αμερικη.Το ενα απο τα δεματα πριν απο ενα μηνα εφτασε επιτυχως στον προορισμο του. Το αλλο που ηταν λαδι 37 κιλων δεν εφτασε ποτε. Επικοινωνισαμε με τα γραφεια στον πειραια και μας ειπαν οτι βρηκαν το λαδι το οποιο βρισκονταν στα γραφεια της Νεας Υορκης και θα μιλησουν με τους ιδιους για το στειλουν στον προορισμο που θελαμε.Επισης μιλησαμε και με την εταιρια απο την Αμερικη να μαθουμε και μας ειπαν οτι θα σας καλεσουμε εμεις εκαναν τα στραβα ματια συμφωνα με τον ανθρωπο μας ο οποιος τους καλεσε η επικοινωνια αυτη τηλεφωνικος κρατησε περιπου ενα μηνα εως εχθες οπου μας ειπαν αφου τους περναμε σε καθημερινη βαση οτι ο τενεκες εσπασε και διαλυθηκε το λαδι χυθηκε. Δεν εμπιστευμαι πλεον την συγκεκριμενη ευκαιρια για μελλοντικη χρηση.
We had sent 2 parcels through the specific company from 12/7/17 to America. One of the parcels a month ago successfully reached its destination. The other, which was 37 kilos of oil, never arrived. We contacted the offices in Piraeus and they told us that they found the oil that was in the offices in New York and they will talk to them about it and send it to the destination we wanted. We also talked to the company from America to find out and they told us that We will call you, they turned a blind eye according to our man who called them, this phone call lasted about a month until yesterday where they told us after we passed them on a daily basis that the tin broke and the oil dissolved and spilled. I no longer trust this opportunity for future use.

Παντελής έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού και υψηλές τιμές. Παρέλαβα (Οκτώβριος 2021) στη Νέα Υόρκη 2 κούτες και ένα τενεκέ λάδι (κόστος αποστολής 550 Ευρώ). Χωρίς καμία προηγουμένη συνεννόηση, ο οδηγός μου τηλεφώνησε 20 λεπτά πριν φθάσει και ασφαλώς εγώ ήμουν στην εργασία μου. Άφησαν τα πράγματα στην υποδοχή. Όταν άνοιξα τα πράγματα διαπίστωσα ότι η μια κούτα είχε βραχεί και στεγνώσει και όλα τα πράγματα ήταν κατεστραμμένα (συγκρίνετε τις δυο κούτες στην φωτογραφία). Όταν τηλεφώνησα στο γραφείο στον Πειραιά και έστειλα τις φωτογραφίες με τα κατεστραμμένα πράγματα μου είπαν ότι ευθύνεται το γραφείο παράδοσης στην Νέα Υόρκη και επίσης μου είπαν ότι τους έχω κουράσει και μου ζήτησαν να μην τους ξαναενοχλήσω και να απευθυνθώ στο γραφείο της ΝΥ γιατί έχει ξαναγίνει αυτό το λάθος στο παρελθόν με άλλες αποστολές. Φυσικά ως κλασικοί Έλληνες, όταν τηλεφώνησα στην ΝΥ εκείνοι κατηγορούσαν το γραφείο στον Πειραιά και με προέτρεψαν να απευθυνθώ πάλι σε αυτούς. Όπως καταλαβαίνετε κάνεις δεν ανέλαβε την ευθύνη και δεν με αποζημίωσαν. Δεν υπάρχει καμία συνεννόηση μεταξύ των δυο γραφείων. Σε προηγούμενη αποστολή στην Αμερική και ενώ όλα τα έξοδα για αποστολή στο σπίτι είχαν πληρωθεί στο γραφείο του Πειραιά, το γραφείο της Αμερικής μου ζητούσε έξτρα χρήματα για την αποστολή και χαρακτηριστικά μου είπαν στο τηλέφωνο «νομίζεις ότι είμαι ο Αγ. Βασίλης και μοιράζω δέματα δωρεάν;”. Αγενείς, ακριβοί και αντιεπαγγελματίες. Unprofessional and expensive. When I opened the boxes, I realized that one box was wet and everything inside the box destroyed (compare the two boxes in the photo). When I called the office in Piraeus and sent them the photos, they told me that the office in NY is responsible. Also, they told me that I am annoying, not to call them again and call the NY office instead because this has happened again in the past for other shipments. When I called the NY office, they started blaming the office in Greece and they advised me to call that office again. As you understand, nobody took responsibility, and nobody covered the damage. There is absolutely no communication between the two offices. In a previous shipment, and although the full cost for shipment and delivery was paid in the office in Piraeus, the NY office was asking me for extra money for delivery and their response on the phone was “do you think I am Santa and I distribute packages for free?”. Rude, expensive, and unprofessional.
Complete lack of professionalism and high prices. I received (October 2021) in New York 2 boxes and a tin of oil (shipping cost 550 Euros). Without any prior consultation, my driver called 20 minutes before he arrived and of course I was at work. They left things in the reception. When I opened the things I noticed that one box was wet and dry and all the things were damaged (compare the two boxes in the photo). When I called the office in Piraeus and sent the photos with the damaged things, they told me that the delivery office in New York was responsible and they also told me that I was tired of them and asked me not to bother them again and to contact the NY office because this has happened again. the mistake in the past with other missions. Of course as classic Greeks, when I called NY they blamed the office in Piraeus and urged me to address them again. As you can understand, he did not take responsibility and I was not compensated. Για μεταφορά 5 κουτιών από Αμερική Ελλάδα αρχική συμφωνία στα 300$ τελική τιμη με delivery. Όταν με πηραν τηλέφωνο απο Ελλάδα για να κανονίσουμε πότε θα μου φέρουν ρα πράγματα 2.5 μήνες μετα (!!!) μου ζητησαν κ άλλα 150€ για τελωνειακα έξοδα + 40 για delivery! Απαραδεκτοι πραγματικα.
For transfer of 5 boxes from America Greece initial agreement at $ 300 final price with delivery. When they called me from Greece to arrange when they would bring me things 2.5 months later (!!!) they asked me for another € 150 for customs costs + 40 for delivery! Really unacceptable.

We used this company to ship our furniture from the US to Greece. Most of the items arrived safely to their destination, but our living room tables never arrived to Greece. Dealing with Panagiotis in the US has been extremely draining as he has yet to take responsibility for losing our home items. We are over 5 months from when the other items arrived in Greece and the company has yet to respond as to where our tables are. The items were picked up from our home September 2021 and we are now in May 2022. We have receipts (signed by them) of them picking up all of our household items- including the tables. We also have multiple witnesses who were there to help. Yet the office in Athens said that the tables were never sent to Greece nor were they in the statement they received (how insane is that?). They told us that they can’t do anything about the matter and asked us to communicate with Panagiotis (NY, USA) again. Panagiotis now does not respond to texts or phone calls- effectively ignoring our numbers. When it came to timing: it took weeks to arrange for the pick up of the items, as Panagiotis would change the pick up date constantly. Given that we had just sold our house and needed to empty it this was extremely stressful for the family. The delivery of the items to Greece was also changed several times and they ended up arriving about 3-4 months later. This company is very unprofessional and unreliable. Truly disappointing. I know many friends and family have had a positive experience, but losing furniture is not pleasant. What is even more hurtful is collaborating with a company which shows no interest in resolving the matter and is indifferent to the fate of people’s personal property. If you do ship items with them, make sure that you have everything in writing. Even the prices quoted.
