Οι οικοδεσπότες μας υποδέχτηκαν θερμά, πολύ ευγενικοί άνθρωποι Ο καθαρισμός του δωματίου γινόταν καθημερινά, που ομολογώ πως με εντυπωσίασε! Ένα μεγάλο άσετ ότι είχαμε πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα! Ήρεμη τοποθεσία δίπλα από τη θάλασσα του χωριού! Θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!!

Lovely place to stay. Friendly, clean, great views, basic, but everything you need. Great places to eat with the locals. We shall return .... Efkhareesto polee!

Very convenient location literally 1 minute walk to the store and 2 min from the beach.i The view is amazing and the rooms are comfy. The owner is very friendly and will explain everything you need to know to visit Syros. He will also offer to come pick you up from the port if he is available. It's not perfect though and there are many small things that don't make it a 5 star. The fixtures (doors and windows) are old and very thin. The bathroom door had to be pushed hard in order to be closed and the glass door to the balcony had a very wobbly handle. The 2 fans (one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen) were also very old and very very sketchy and dangerous if turned on since it would wobble and had 1 out of 4 light bulbs in each. The sockets were in uncomfortable positions. There is no safebox. The cleaning lady is friendly but did not change our sheets or towels (1 small and 1 big for each person) in our 3 day stay. Overall I would recommend this place but do not expect everything to be perfect, it is a mediocre room in an excellent location with friendly staff for a low price (about 60 eur a night). Edit: I forgot to add that the wifi is very inconsistent and half the time I couldn't use it which was very frustrating.

We had a Deluxe double room with sea view on the top floor which was just recently renovated. If you book, I'd recommend asking for rooms on that floor :). The room was refined and very clean (the picture isn't mine as I did not think of taking one, but this is the room we stayed in). We had a great view on the city/mountain and a partial view to the sea. The bathroom is brand new, the water is soft which isn't easy to find on the island and the pressure is great. There is also a small kitchenette with a fridge and a kettle which was practical during our stay. The couple to whom the hotel belongs to (Yanis and Stavroula) is really nice and welcoming. Yanis will tell you everything he knows about the island and give you plenty of tips on where to go and what to do. I would recommend staying here ! We will be coming back

The woman that oversees/runs the apartments appears to have anger management issues. She started yelling at us in Greek for quite some time and we can only assume it was because we got sand in the room. It was most unpleasant having to deal with such hostility and unwarranted rage that we checked out and continued our stay in Kini at some other establishment where the owners were cordial and respectful. We don't recommend this place. There are other nicer places closer to the beach where you are treated as a valued customer and with respect.
