★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't reach them by the phone because they don't answer it. I've called them several times (morning hours) in order to solve a problem I had with my room payment and didn't ever get a response. How can they call it a tourist service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the right place to visit if you're a first time tourist in Argostoli. It's located next to the Port Authority Office and the staff are super friendly and helpful with information, maps and brochures on accomodation, tourist attractions and activities in the area. Just note that when there's a cruise ship in town it's a busy office and can quickly run short of brochures and maps.
