★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτος σάν επαγγελματίας... μας έβγαλαν λάθος κλειδί το οποίο πληρώσαμε €5,00...χρειάστηκε παρέμβαση κλειδαρά για να ανοίξει η πόρτα με κόστος €80,00 (Κυριακή πρωί) κι όταν τον ενημέρωσα σχετικά, έκανε πως δε με γνωρίζει ( πελάτισσα, καθώς και 19 χρόνια κάτοικος στην περιοχή του περνώντας καθημερινά σχεδόν από το μαγαζί του)... αμφισβήτησε ότι αυτός έφτιαξε το κλειδί (αφού δεν είχα απόδειξη, που πολύ πιθανόν ο ίδιος να μην έκοψε) και κυρίως είπε η ευθύνη είναι δική μου γιατί δε δοκίμασα το κλειδί που έφτιαξε....ο γιός επίσης με κατηγόρησε για θράσος... Ανάληψη ευθύνης για το λάθος τους καμία... ντροπή
Unacceptable as a professional ... they took out the wrong key which we paid € 5.00 ... it took a locksmith to open the door at a cost of € 80.00 (Sunday morning) and when I informed him about it, he pretended not to know me ( client, as well as a resident of his area for 19 years, passing by his shop almost every day) ... he disputed that he made the key (since I did not have a receipt, which he most likely did not cut) and mainly said that the responsibility is mine because I did not try the key he made .... my son also accused me of audacity ... Taking responsibility for their mistake no ... shame
