Ζήτησα και υπηρεσία συναρμολόγησης. 'Ηρθε τεχνικός, επαγγελματίας και πολύ ευγενικός. Σιγουρα τους συστήνω και θα ξαναπαραγγείλω. I ordered a hood that was urgent to pick up. The employee is direct and very helpful and polite. I received it in 48 hours. I also asked for an assembly service. He came technically, professionally and very kindly. I definitely recommend them and will order again.
M	Maria Theochari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα από το κατάστημα έναν καναπέ.Πριν την παραγγελία προηγήθηκε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία για πληροφορίες σχετικά με την παράδοση,τί γίνεται σε περίπτωση που το προϊόν είναι ελαττωματικό ή έχει κάποια ζημιά.Η υπάλληλος κάλυψε πλήρως όλες μου τις απορίες, καθώς με κρατούσε ενήμερη για όλη την πορεία της παραγγελίας μου. Η παράδοση έγινε εγκαίρως στο χώρο μου και όχι επί πεζοδρομίου όπως γίνεται συνήθως και σε πολύ προσεγμένη συσκευασία. I bought a sofa from the store. Before ordering there was a phone call for information about the delivery, what happens in case the product is defective or has some damage. The employee fully covered all my questions, as he kept me informed about the whole course of my order. Delivery was made on time at my place and not on the sidewalk as is usually done in very careful packaging.

Επέλεξα 2 προϊόντα, ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμα και με ενημέρωσαν ότι μπορώ να τα παραλάβω και την ίδια μέρα!! Τα παρέλαβα σήμερα από το κατάστημα. Πολύ ευγενικό κι εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και πολύ προσεγμένος χώρος, Σας ευχαριστώ για άλλη μια φορά. This is the second time I have ordered from this store. I chose 2 products, they were immediately available and they informed me that I can receive them on the same day !! I received them today from the store. Very kind and helpful staff and very careful space, Thank you once again.
m	moon light on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν δεν μπορειτε να υποστηριξετε ενα online κατάστημα και εξυπηρέτηση σε όλη την Αθήνα τότε μην το κάνετε. Μην αναμένετε με 2 δρομολογια την βδομαδα να βγαζετε ολες τις παραγγελίες οπως κάνατε πριν το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα που εξηπηρετούσατε μόνο την γειτονία σας. Δυστυχως δεν είμαι ευχαριστημένη από την εμπειρία μου καθόλου. Τεραστια καθηστέρηση και κακή επικοινωνία με το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο. Με έκαναν να νιωσω άσχημα που παρηγγειλα ένα προιον των 55 ευρω και αναζητόυσα μετά από ένα μήνα γιατί δεν έχει παραδοθει στα βόρεια προάστια. Μοιαζει άδικο για τον πελάτη που σας επελεξε μεταξυ χιλιάδων καταστημάτων. If you can not support an online store and service throughout Athens then do not do it. Do not expect with 2 itineraries per week to take out all the orders as you did before the online store that only served your neighborhood. Unfortunately I am not happy with my experience at all. Huge delay and poor communication with the call center. They made me feel bad that I ordered a product of 55 euros and I was looking for it after a month because it has not been delivered to the northern suburbs. It seems unfair to the customer who chose you among thousands of stores.
Κ	Κλεοπάτρα Β on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επικοινωνώ με το κατάστημα μέσω μέσετζερ και με διαβεβαιώνουν πως υπάρχει διαθέσιμο το προϊόν για το οποίο ενδιαφερόμουν. Σημειώνω την κράτηση, μου είπανε χαρακτηριστικά, αύριο μπορείτε να παραλάβετε από το κατάστημα, γιατί πρέπει να την φέρουμε από την αποθήκη μας. Μην ξεχάσετε όμως να κάνετε ονλάιν παραγγελία (στην οποία φυσικά δεν υπάρχει αντικαταβολή, αλλά πρέπει να πληρώσεις). Παίρνω λοιπόν σήμερα τηλέφωνο να επιβεβαιώσω ότι έφεραν το προϊόν και δεν θα πάω τζάμπα. Η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε ναι μεν ευγενική, αλλά τι να το κάνεις όταν τελικά μου λέει δεν ξέρω τι σας είπανε, το προϊόν αυτό δεν υπάρχει άμεσα διαθέσιμο, εμείς δεν έχουμε αποθήκες, θα κάνουμε παραλαβή σε ένα μήνα! Είχα διαβάσει τις αξιολογήσεις, αλλά είπα μπορεί να έτυχε. Τελικά δεν τυχαίνει καθόλου!! Είναι απλώς τακτική του καταστήματος να εμφανίζεται στην ίδια την σελίδα του καταστήματος(!) άμεσα διαθέσιμο, να κάνεις παραγγελία στην οποία πρέπει να πληρώσεις και εν τέλει να παραλάβεις ΟΤΑΝ ΑΥΤΟΙ ΚΑΝΟΥΝ ΠΑΡΑΛΑΒΗ!!!!!! Κλείνουν ας πούμε παραγγελίες προκαταβολικά για προϊόντα που δεν έχουν άμεσα διαθέσιμα, εξασφαλίζουν φυσικά την πληρωμή και για το πότε θα παραλάβεις εσύ κανείς δεν αναλαμβάνει την ευθύνη! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ..!!!!! Μακριά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Προτιμώ να περιμένω έναν μήνα που το προϊόν θα έρθει και σε άλλα καταστήματα και να παραγγείλω από κάποιο άλλο το οποίο θα είναι φερέγγυο. UNACCEPTABLE .. !!!!! Away from this store. I prefer to wait a month for the product to arrive in other stores and order from someone else who will be creditworthy.
