Δημήτρης Καραμαλέγκος εκτός από άριστος γνώστης του αντικειμένου του, είναι και ένας άριστος επαγγελματίας. Διάγνωση προβλήματος εξ’ αποστάσεως, τεχνική λύση και αποστολή επισκευασμένων απαρτίων μέσα σε ένα Σαββατοκύριακο, με μετάβασή του στην εταιρεία Courrier ενώ θα μπορούσε απλά να περιμένει να του παραδώσουν στην έδρα του και ξανά πίσω για να μου αποσταλούν, είναι πέρα και πάνω από οποιονδήποτε επαγγελματισμό και δείχνουν ποιότητα ανθρώπων και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για το πρόβλημα του πελάτη. Συγχαρητήρια για άλλη μια φορά σε όλη την ομάδα της ARJITECH για το επίπεδο υπηρεσιών που παρέχουν. Ιδιαίτερα στην επαρχεία δεν υπάρχει τέτοιου είδους service νομίζω ότι με ετήσιες επισκέψεις - επισκευές μπορούμε να ξενοιάσουμε από τις βλάβες του plotter. Άριστοι επαγγελματίες . Προφανως καποιοι την εκθετουν ανεπανόρθωτα και της το εχω πει. Unfortunately very bad impressions. Communication is absolutely negative. HP should periodically check who it assigns technical support to its devices. Obviously some people expose her irreparably and I told her.
