There are rats inside this villa. You can check at the attached photos. We saw rats 2 times inside. The 2nd time we found the rat inside the refrigerator. Stay away from this horror, especially if you have children and if you care for their health.

Disgusting experience due to horrific fact that I was about to get my babies food aut if the fridge and I encountered a mouse fearless inside the fridge... Something very unlike for a 5* luxury villa that aims that. Beside the fact that we experienced this we had to double buy all the food for 7 adults and two children of course replace the containers and baby food which is quite expensive and wasn't easy to find in zakynthos. Here are photos of the event to prove the reality which is quite different from what they say this villa is.

We had a horrible experience at Ark Luxury Villa, which is also documented with photos and videos. The photos can be checked in attachment. Below, I'm listing all the reasons of this horrible experience: 1. We found a rat inside the house the 2nd day of our stay and 2 days after we found another rat (or the same) inside the refrigerator. Not only this is a horrible experience on a psychologic perspective, which traumatize people, but it's also dangerous for the health of each of us, especially for the health of our children. We had a 6 year child and a 1 year baby with us. We left terrified every food and drink we bought inside the refrigerator, including our daughter's pacifiers. Thinking that the rat may have touched the food and drinks, as well as the pacifiers of our baby is the worst nightmare we can have, even now that we're back from holidays. We had 2 people from our group who were sick and vomited during the stay at this villa and we really hope that this is not because of any contamination from the rat. 2. We found spiders inside the house, all over the walls. 3. The bathrooms were not maintained. 4. The doors were not closing well, bringing noise and disturbance to each one of us. 5. There was a strong smell in the master bedroom. 6. We found huge quantities of dirt under the beds. 7. Our 1 year old daughter slept 2 days in a broken bed, making us waking up at night for checking her. The property brought another broken bed the day after and a correct bed only 2 days after. 8. We had a real challenge with the parking spaces. It should be mentioned that there is no real parking space. The neighbor called us at 1:00 a.m to move 1 of our cars, even though we left it exactly where the property told us. 9. We spent a lot of money for everything we left inside the house, including food, drinks and some of our baby stuff, after the property moved us at another place, after 4 nights of staying. 10. We lost a lot of time with all these problems, instead of just enjoying the beach. 11. The swiming pool was dirty and not properly maintained. This villa is to be avoided, if you don't want to have a horror movie experience.

Perfect location, amazing 360 views to turtle island, very well decorated and lux!

The views are amazing, villa and terrace are larger than the photos. Definitely coming back! Thank you
