P	Pan Pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα σπίτι στην περιοχή της Πολίχνης από την εν λόγω εταιρία και αντιμετώπισα πολλά κατασκευαστικά προβλήματα όπως : η κουζίνα ήταν ελλειπής από έπιπλα ,η κλειδαριά ασφαλείας ήταν χωρίς τα αρχικά κλειδιά αλλά αντικλείδια ,το ασανσέρ δεν πληρεί απο πλευράς διαστάσεων τους ευρωπαικούς όρους,η ταράτσα είχε προβλήματα στεγάνωσης,η άδεια του καυστήρα ήταν για φυσικό αέριο αντί πετρελαίου που είναι ο καυστήρας,δεν μας ενημέρωσε ότι το νερό είναι απο ιδιώτη κακής ποιότητας μη πόσιμο και όχι της ΕΥΑΘ κατά την αγορά,οπότε με προσωπικά μας έξοδα συνδεθήκαμε στην ΕΥΑΘ..οι πρασιές δεν ήταν σύμφωνα με το οικοδομικό σχέδιο διαμορφωμένοι.....ΑΝ ΥΠΗΡΧΕ ΒΑΘΜΟΛΟΓΙΑ ΧΩΡΙΣ ΑΣΤΕΡΑΚΙΑ ΘΑ ΤΗΝ ΕΔΙΝΑ ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩΣ I bought a house in the Polichni area from this company and I faced many construction problems such as: the kitchen was deficient in furniture, the lock was without the keys but the keys, the elevator did not meet the European conditions in terms of dimensions, the roof had problems of waterproofing, the burner's permission was for natural gas instead of oil which is the burner, did not inform us that the water is of private poor quality non-drinkable and not of EYATH at purchase, so at our own expense yndethikame in EVATh..oi lawns were not in accordance with the construction plan landscaped ..... If there RANKING WITHOUT asterisk WILL give EFCHARISTOS
