Don't forget ordering a dessert prepared by the pastry-chef level host.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an incredible hotel, set in a lovely town, and staffed by wonderful people. We stayed in 2018 and can’t wait to go back - it’s like being in a cool, modern castle.
Breakfast was so good, we now refer to over easy eggs as ‘Eggs a la George,’ in honour of the proprietor.
