A great hotel near Trikala, based into the mountains! Great idea for weddings or any kind of social work. Clean, luxury and totally highly recommended!

The Chatzigaki Manor is unquestionably one of the finest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of visiting, and that list includes many 5-star chains on many continents. From the moment we arrived at 9:00pm, we enjoyed flawless customer service. The gentleman who checked us in also helped us park and take the luggage to our room. He then told us that the restaurant was expecting us for dinner. I had emailed a reservation earlier in the day. Our room was huge and beautiful, with an incredible view of the mountains, a luxurious marble bathroom with separate bath and shower and even a great mattress and choice of pillows. We awoke to see just how beautiful and peaceful this place is! We only stayed two nights while visiting Meteora, but we'll certainly be back to relax in this area. The very warm and welcoming family owners can arrange horseback riding and four-wheeling trips through the countryside, skiing, and wine tasting. Next time, I’ll come back with friends for a girls' trip, but families will also have a great week here. The restaurant offers a great variety of local ingredients, which prompted my husband and I to eat both of our dinners there. And we rarely eat at hotel restaurants! The homemade yogurt at breakfast has probably ruined other Greek yogurts for me. It was incredible! Do yourself a favor and skip the crowds in the hotels in villages closer to Meteora. This is a bit further, but trust me, it's SO worth it! I've often spent double for a hotel of half the quality.

Greece is not only golden beaches, cerule waters and soaked islands... Lots of gems can be found hidden up high in the mountains. I loved this place, it is most probably where the gods of mythology are living right now. One can feel them alive in the cold stones, the running streams and the spiky conifers standing tall in the freshest air.

We went for coffee at their coffee shop. Nice environment, excellent view, nice coffee and local sweets. The coffee shop is different from their restaurant, which is actually a positive thing. Even their restrooms are excellent. Highly recommended.
