E	Eleni Koutsopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με πήραν τηλέφωνο να με κατσαδιασουν επειδή λόγω σοβαρού προσωπικού περιστατικού χρειάστηκε να φύγω εκτός Αθηνών και δεν κατάφερα να παραλάβω την παραγγελια (να σημειώσω ότι το τελευταίο δίμηνο έχω ξοδέψει 70€ σ' αυτό το μαγαζί). Μου μίλησαν πολύ ασχημα. Ειλικρινά κρίμα! Ποτέ ξανά! They called me to scold me because due to a serious personal incident I had to leave Athens and I could not receive the order (note that in the last two months I have spent 70 € in this store). They spoke very badly to me. Honestly a pity! Never again!

e	eleni kazalaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόλις με κάλεσε εργαζόμενος από την εταιρία με έντονο ύφος γιατί λέει δεν παρέλαβα την παραγγελία και να δώσω εξηγήσεις. Του απάντησα ότι με συγχωρείτε αλλά δεν έχω λάβει κάποιο εμαιλ από εσας ότι η παραγγελία στάλθηκε ούτε από την κούριερ και με διέψευσε ότι έχω λάβει και απλά τα αγνόησα και η παραγγελία γύρισε πίσω. Θεωρώ δεν έχει δικαίωμα κάποιος εργαζόμενος ή ιδιοκτήτης να παίρνει τηλ να ειρωνεύεται και να διαψεύδει. Η παραγγελία έγινε με σκοπό να πάρω το προϊόν και όχι να γυρίσει πίσω και αντί να ασχοληθούν με την κούριερ ή με το τμήμα των αποστολών της εταιρίας, πήραν τον πελάτη να του πουν τι ; Ότι δε ξέρει να διαβάζει και να βλέπει εμαιλ. ΑΠΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ εξυπηρέτηση. Για το προϊόν δεν μπορώ να σχολιάσω καθώς δεν έλαβα κάτι, αλλα αυτά τα προϊόντα τα βρίσκεις σε παρά πολλές σελίδες και εντός αλλα και εκτός Ελλάδας όποτε θα κοιτάξω άλλου. Η απάντηση σας και ο τροπος Που απαντάτε δείχνει ποσό αντιεπαγγελματίες είστε! Δεν χρεώνω εταιρίες ούτε είχα τέτοιο σκοπό. Κάντε αυτοκριτική και να διερευνήσετε τι έχει συμβεί πριν κατηγορήσετε τον πελάτη για οτιδήποτε. Η απάντηση σας δείχνει το θράσος που εσείς έχετε και όχι το δικό μου θράσος! Άλλωστε αν κρίνω από τις κριτικές που διαβάζω σας έχουν ξανά γράψει παρόμοια κριτική με τη δίκη μου κι παλαιότερα. Σε κάθε περίπτωση εγώ ούτε έλειπα εκτος νόμου ούτε καποιοσ Με κάλεσε για πραδοση δέματος όπως κάνουν τόσες άλλες κούριερ. Οι κριτικές και το σύστημα των κριτικών είναι εκεί για να λέμε ελεύθερα τη γνώμη μας οι πελάτες κυρίως! Δεν το χρησιμοποίησα σαν απειλή σε καμία περίπτωση. Καλή συνέχεια σε ο,τι κάνετε! An employee of the company just called me with a strong style because he says I did not receive the order and to give explanations. I replied that you forgive me but I have not received any email from you that the order was sent even by the courier and he denied that I have received and I simply ignored them and the order was returned. I believe that no employee or owner has the right to get a phone call to be ridiculed and lied to. The order was made in order to get the product and not to return it and instead of dealing with the courier or the shipping department of the company, they got the customer to tell him what? That he does not know how to read and see emails. UNACCEPTABLE service. I can not comment on the product as I did not receive anything, but you can find these products on many pages and inside and outside Greece whenever I look elsewhere. Your answer and the way you answer shows how unprofessional you are! I do not charge companies nor did I have such a purpose. Be self-critical and investigate what happened before blaming the customer for anything. Your answer shows the audacity you have and not my audacity! After all, judging by the reviews I read, they have written similar reviews to my trial before. In any case, I was not outlawed or someone called me to deliver a parcel like so many other couriers do. The reviews and the system of reviews are there for us, the customers, to express our opinion freely! I did not use it as a threat in any case. Good luck with what you do!
