Magical stay ! Best experience ever , outstanding service and extremely friendly staff . Unforgettable breakfast with a breathtaking view , and the private mini pool adding value to the experience. Highly recommended and definitely will come back one day .

Booked a night at one of their luxury villas from Expedia months in advance. Armeni luxury villas were to open mid March. Due to bad weather, it got postponed to early April. We had booked this trip a year in advance. Expedia nor Armeni luxury Villas told us about this. We arrived mid March and manager told us that the suite we booked was not available. They didn’t have a clue what was going on! The manager tried pushing off the problem like it was nothing. Very disappointing. Didn’t offer a discount or anything. The booking/reservation team for armeni luxury villas doesn’t report to manager I guess. We didn’t have our luxury villa, and were forced to pay full price for a hotel managed by them. Nothing compared to what we had booked. Won’t be booking with them. Bad experience. They don’t really help out as they should. Manager caught a attitude.

Holy hell! AMAZING! splurged for 1 night! Totally worth it! Didn't want to leave! The owner was nothing short of accommodating! Friendly and made us feel welcome! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Views were incredible

Great villa (Ambassador Villa with Outdoor Private Poll), 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one big living room and one kitchenette, amazing view, close to all attractions from Oia but also quiet, clean, 5* services. Very good breakfast served on your private terace near the pool, amazing private poll, very clean. Veronica (location manager) will make everything possible in order to have the perfect vacation - she is absolutely dedicated to fulfill all your needs. George alias Superman will take care of you in order to have the perfect breakfast as you like and also to carry all your luggages. Veronica will also help you to book the perfect trips on the island (cruises, sunset excursions, transfers, all kind of trips in Santorini). They taking the Covid 19 seriously so you can be more then protected. Everything there on a stay of 5 night was absolutely perfect. 5* services, 5* location, 5* personell, 5* cleaning, 5* villa.

Amazing gorgeous 5 star villa, prime location. The actual villa is gorgeous with the most amazing views. Marina and the staff were beyond amazing, we highly recommend!! Thank you Marina for all your help and customer service.

Not worth the money !! Is praised here very exaggerated. Villa very dark, stuffy, foul smell, stink and bugs, really disgusting. If you want to throw your money out the window, you can book here. All in all, the purest impertinence

Booked their honeymoon villa for 3 nights here. Well located just off the main street with great views of the caldera! The villa is only a 2 min climb from one of the most scenic spot in Oia! Big room that had all required amenities. However, the room/toilet may be abit dated with some maintainence required. Not a big problem though. Good daily breakfast selection and if you require, they'll gladly help you clean the pool too! Staffing here is available during the day between 8am and 1pm. If you need anything after that, you can text/call and they'll come back and help you within 10-15mins. We were well attended to by Mr Fortis who took great care of us throughout our stay and yes, its a return for me. ?

IF YOU ARE WONDERING WHERE TO STAY, this is it!!! UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEW, best location in the caldera, beautiful room. We got the cave with Indoor jetted tub and everything is perfect. They came to meet us to bring our bags to our room, greeted us with a bottle of wine and fruit, brought a beautiful breakfast to our room. Since our balcony has no umbrella we have a private rooftop terrace all to ourselves. Best Value there is (650 a night) but comparable to others around that are even more expensive. Stayed here for 2 nights and hopping to one more hotel after. It’s hard to tell online what everything will be like until you get here but this is amazing and truly magical. We are so happy we don’t want to go anywhere but sit outside and enjoy the view.
