My friend and I were so excited to visit this spa for relaxing manicures. I personally also wanted to get an eyebrow and a bikini wax. Based off the photos and the previous review we were expecting a high quality experience but instead we are left with chipped nails, damaged cuticles, and uneven eyebrows. We do acknowledge that since we were visiting during the off-season, there was only one woman taking care of us both. While the ambiance was pleasing, we were dismayed by her lack of professionalism. She would frequently check her phone in the middle of each of our manicures and we felt that overall she wasn't doing her job carefully. Two times she caused my cuticles to bleed. I would have thought after the first time it happened she would slow down and be more careful. I bring this up because upon inspecting our manicures a day later, we noticed pulled cuticle skin all around every one of our nails and redness because it Hurts! We understand there was only one lady doing both of our manicures one after another but after me, she did NOT clean the tools she used on me before using them on my friend... I had originally booked my eyebrow waxing and bikini with her. For my eyebrows she did not use any wax and used tweezers instead. I had purposefully grown out my brows to get them properly shaped only to have them left uneven and over-plucked. In the same careless manner with which she plucked our cuticles, she kept pinching my eyebrow skin while pulling the hairs. At this point I was irritated and asked her to slow down, which she didn't and still cut my skin. I was quite frustrated at this point and decided to drop the bikini wax in fear of how she would treat more delicate skin. My friend and I are not ones to leave negative reviews but we felt that the overall lack of simple care and attention, professionalism, and cleanliness was not worth the overall price. We regret coming here and spending 15 euro on each of our manicures which we could have done better ourselves. Also I wasn't happy about the 7 euro eyebrow "wax" I had hoped to receive.
