E	Enas Periplanomenos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν περίμενα ποτέ ένα μαγαζί με τοση ποικιλία να εχει τοσο κακο service στο eshop. Καναμε παραγγελια και πληρωσαμε με καρτα πριν 40 μερες. Μας ακύρωσαν οτι δεν υπαρχει το προϊόν και οτι θα επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα. Περασε μηνας και τα χρήματα δεν ειχαν επιστραφεί. Μετα απο πολλά τηλέφωνα που μας ελεγαν πως θα μας παρουν πισω αλλα δεν μας έπαιρναν τα εβαλαν 40 μερες μετά την ακυρωση που οι ιδιοι εκαναν. Μάλιστα μας έκλεισαν και το τηλέφωνο στα μούτρα γιατι διαμαρτυρηθήκαμε. Με τοση σοβαρότητα δεν θα πανε πολύ μακριά σε τόσο δύσκολη κατάσταση στην αγορά. I never expected a store with so much variety to have such poor service in the eshop. We placed orders and paid by card 40 days ago. They canceled us because the product does not exist and the money will be returned. A month passed and the money was not returned. After many phone calls that told us that they would take us back but did not take us, they put them in 40 days after the cancellation they made themselves. In fact, they hung up the phone in our faces because we protested. With so much seriousness they will not go too far in such a difficult situation in the market.
