K	Katerina Stavr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Για ένα ίσιωμα την πρώτη φορά πλήρωσα 18 ευρώ και μετά από πέντε μέρες ξαναπήγα για ισιωμα και μου ζήτησαν 20 ευρώ! Όταν ζήτησα το λόγο μου είπε η κοπέλα στη γραμματεία ότι δεν γνωρίζει τίποτα. Τελείως αναξιόπιστη επιχείρηση! Unacceptable! For a straightening the first time I paid 18 euros and after five days I went for straightening again and they asked me for 20 euros! When I asked for the floor, the girl told me in the secretariat that she knew nothing. Completely unreliable business!
Σ	Σοφία Φλώρη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επαγγελματίες!! Πολυ καλή δουλειά σε ανταύγειες, μπαλαγιαζ, κλπ. Το μόνο αρνητικό ειναι οι τιμές τους. Είναι λίγο τσιμπημενες. Professionals !! Very good work in highlights, balaclavas, etc. The only negative is their prices. They are a bit stingy.
Π	Παναγιώτα Καρακίτσιου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aπαραδεκτοι! Τη μια μου κλείνουν λάθος ραντεβού, την επόμενη μου το ακυρώνουν κ θελαν χαριστικά να δουν αν είχαν ραντεβού για 2 εβδομάδες μετά. Προβληματική επιχείρηση, φαίνεται από τον τρόπο που αντιμετωπίζουν τους πελάτες τους. Unacceptable! One day they make a wrong appointment for me, the next day they cancel it and they kindly wanted to see if they had an appointment for 2 weeks later. Troubled business is shown by the way they treat their customers.
K	Katerina Di on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στο κατάστημα να κάνω αποχρωματισμό και βαφή ( τα μαλλιά μου μαύρα βαμμένα και ήθελα να κάνω ένα καστανό σκούρο κοντά στο χρώμα του φυσικού μου ) . Όταν έκλεισα το ραντεβού τηλεφωνικά αλλά και από κοντά ρώτησα επαλειμμένα ποια θα είναι η διαδικασία και αν γίνεται σε ένα ραντεβού που φυσικά με διαβεβαίωσαν πως θα γίνει σε ένα ραντεβού. Μου έκαναν αποχρωματισμό και τα μαλλιά μου σε κάποια σημεία είχαν ξεβάψει πιο πολύ απ' ότι σε άλλα σημεία , όταν ρώτησα αν αυτό θα καλυφθεί με τη βαφή με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι δεν θα έχω πρόβλημα . Μου πέρασαν λοιπόν τη βαφή και όταν μου στέγνωσαν τα μαλλιά είχα οριζόντιες γραμμές πιο ανοιχτές από το υπόλοιπο χρώμα στα μαλλιά. Μετά από 4 ώρες αναμονής στο κομμωτήριο και αφού πλήρωσα 80 ευρώ έφυγα από εκεί με μπαλώματα σε όλο το κεφάλι !!! Όταν λοιπόν άρχισα τα λουσίματα στο σπίτι τα μπαλώματα ξεκίνησαν να ανοίγουν κι άλλο !!! Τους κάλεσα και μου είπαν να πάω να κάνω ρεφλέ για να το φτιάξουμε . Πήγα μου έκαναν ρεφλέ το οποίο δεν έχει καλύψει εντελώς τη διχρωμία και επιπλέον αυτού με χρέωσαν 20 ευρώ !!!!! Όταν λες έλα να στο φτιάξω , ενώ είναι δικό σου λάθος, δεν χρεώνεις επιπλέον τον πελάτη που έχει ήδη δώσει 80 ευρώ και φεύγει με καστανά ανοιχτά μπαλώματα σε όλο το κεφάλι. Αν δεν διαθέτετε κατάλληλο προσωπικό τότε μην αναλαμβάνετε και τέτοιες αλλαγές, ώστε ο πελάτης να χάνει χρόνο και χρήματα για να μπορέσει να μαζέψει τα αμάζευτα λάθη σας . I went to the store to do discoloration and dyeing (my hair was dyed black and I wanted to do a dark brown close to my natural color). When I made the appointment over the phone and up close, I repeatedly asked what the procedure would be and if it would be done on an appointment, which of course assured me that it would be done on an appointment. They bleached me and in some places my hair was bleached more than in other places, when I asked if it would be covered with dye they assured me that I would not have a problem. So they passed the dye to me and when my hair dried I had horizontal lines lighter than the rest of the hair color. After 4 hours of waiting at the hair salon and after I paid 80 euros I left with patches all over my head !!! So when I started bathing at home the patches started to open again !!! I called them and they told me to go do a refill to fix it. I went they did a refill which has not completely covered the two colors and in addition they charged me 20 euros !!!!! When you say let me fix it, while it is your fault, you do not charge extra to the customer who has already given 80 euros and leaves with brown light patches all over his head. If you do not have suitable staff then do not undertake such changes, so that the customer wastes time and money to be able to collect your uncollected mistakes.

Αφέθηκα στα χέρια τους ( Νίκη, Ρέα, Χρύσα ) και το αποτέλεσμα με ενθουσίασε ?/?❤️❤️❤️ Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Excellent, professional work !!! All staff very kind !!! Very beautiful clean and with all the hygienic measures environment !!! I was left in their hands (Niki, Rea, Chryssa) and the result excited me ? / τώ I highly recommend it !!!
