Artemis Deluxe Rooms - Greece

Perfect hotel! The infinite pool, the friendliness of the staff, the beautiful beach right in front of the hotel, the delicious breakfast: everything was perfect. The room is spacious and nicely decorated, as is all the rest of the hotel. Each time you seat on a sunbed at the private beach or the swimming pool, the staff brings you a free bottle of fresh water. The place is well located on a quiet part of Milos from where it’s easy to go around. Massage service was amazing and definitely worth it ! We had a perfect time in Artemis hotel and would definitely go back there next time in Milos!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service was impeccable. When we arrived we were greated by the staff when we got out of the transfer with a drink ready. The room was beautiful with a balcony. The pool area was stunning with direct access to the beach. (The sand is super hot because of the volcanic sand) The receptionist helped us book our car hire and boat trip, both picked up from the hotel The breakfast was 5 star too. So yummy! When we left at 7am, the staff also waited for us to send us off which was so nice! I love this hotel, everything about it, the style, location, service, food, and cleanliness.

We loved our stay at Artemis and would stay again. This hotel was perfect for us and I really cannot wait to come back!! Some qualities I would like to highlight: - location over beautiful Paleochori beach is amazing, they have sun beds for the hotel and you can just walk into one of the top beaches in Milos after breakfast - infinity pool over the beach: it really made a difference to be able to refresh in the pool while still overlooking the ocean - loved the pool area with the sunbeds and the fact that the staff brings you fresh water there - the people: we were treated amazing from the moment we walked in, by the staff at reception and at the restaurant. They gave us a welcome drink and took our giant suitcases to the room while we checked in. They made everything breezy and relaxing at every moment. Mary at the restaurant is very nice, forthcoming, and knowledgeable about wine. It added to our experience to talk to her and learn about Greek wines, and receive recommendations for things to try and to buy. Also the Greek wines we had at the restaurant were really good - the room is very nice and comfortable, with a cute patio in front. - the decoration throughout the hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and beach-chic - good food and breakfast All in all the hotel is beautiful, comfortable, elegant and high quality. I was sad to leave. Cons: for me there weren’t really relevant cons. Just one tiny thing I would change but didn’t affect my stay: - there are some kitchen appliances in the room that are not necessary nor match the quality of the rooms and the hotel (which is very high) Personally I would remove all appliances except the fridge

We loved Artemis! We stayed there as a couple 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. The staff (Mary especially) were great. Also really enjoyed the amazing breakfast food and service. Great price/quality. Would definitely recommend to go there.

Stay here if you like infinity pools, delicious food, being right on the beach, stylish and comfortable rooms with fabulous views of the Aegean, boutique/ luxury stays. The biggest shout out goes to the staff who could not have done more for us (family with two kids aged 3 & 6). All of them were brilliant from the waiting staff to cleaning team to reception. Special mention to Stefanos (lifeguard) and Klara (reception, sorry for spelling your name incorrectly). Thank you for the best start to our holiday, we will be back!! Fleur, Rob, Leo & Amelie

Best service I ever experience, very kind and helpful staff, beautiful place and quiet, perfect location for people who want to relax and enjoy the Greece island experience, we got the room with private pool for free upgrade, love the interior and the room is clean.

Everything is perfect! The staff is extremely friendly,professional,helpfull. Breakfast is great. Sunbeds on the beach and around pool are fantastic!

Room booked with private pool for 400€/night to find out that it was smallest room ( far from 30 sqm as advertised) ever .. beautifully furnished but no room to store a suitcase , lights flickering in the room and despite requested at the front desk - nothing happened in 3 days .. also internet connection was lost quite often and not even mentioned to guests . The front desk area is nice with a small shop and very stylish , but when it comes to customer service it’s a complete different picture. A boat tour which was requested at the front desk and confirmed by us was unfortunately NOT confirmed by the staff with the tour operator and we as guests blamed to not have taken proper action with the front desk.. waiting at the harbour for over 60 minutes with no pick up this is unbelievable as not only did we adjust the complete day planning and breakfast order at the front desk to make the boat trip happen , but to be accused of lying by a front office manager is totally unacceptable. Many staff buzzes around, but nobody feels responsible or takes action , despite that the knowledge and experience level is rather low. For a hotel in this segment one would wish for seamless customer service, courteous service and well organised processes.. none of this is the case . The breakfast is a pure disappointment and the quality of the food is medium to say the most. I’m glad we’re leaving after 3 days .. price / value not right .. shiny surface though makes you think everything Is awesome.
