★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks dirty and carelessly treated but manages to provide a good resting place, if one forgets about the street sounds or lights. The bathroom, although clean, scares visitors with the lack of shower curtains and simplicity of the construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No, no, no! It is budget hotel but there are some serious building repairs that need to be done. We visited that hotel during winter and we didn't want to use the air-conditioning overnight. Well, we froze to death. Also, there is no sound proof. We could hear the radio from the passing by cars and the people chatting. I wouldn't recommend this option, especially for the ones who look a quiet place to spend the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casual hotel at the city of Nauplio, about 20 minutes on foot (approximately) from the old town and the port. It is an old and quiet hotel, a renovation will make it a more attractive accomodation option, but it is an inexpensive one. Parking area is available for customers, the staff is friendly and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small family hotel with clean rooms in the center of Nafplio. The guy in the reception was really helpful. However nothing special about this place but for that price tag you cannot expect something more. Highly recommend it if you want to leave your things somewhere take a hot shower and sleep for a couple of days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location just opposite to the bus stop to Athens, Mykines, Argos etc. Old town is just a short walk away. Nice and friendly owner who provides you with all information about public transport to the surroundings and all other destinations. Rooms are simple and have everything you need except water cooker.
