We decided to bring our child in this place after a very promising communication with the management so we came to the place expecting to come in take a look and check the environment, however they asked us to leave our 1 year old there for the first time and hand him over at the door! No transition period, no introduction to the staff. Yes, we understand it is covid 19 period, however you could have applied more realistic safety measures! No sane parent should leave their child anywhere without knowing whom and where!
Nevertheless, 45 minutes later, we took the child back but we had to spend the night in the hospital because of a stomach virus!
For the founders, I hope you use this feedback in a constructive way!
For the parents, be sure what are you getting into before any subscription.
