About Artisanal

Το εστιατόριο-μπαρ Artisanal άνοιξε τις πόρτες του τον Δεκέμβριο του 2014 και μέχρι σήμερα έχει διανύσει μία επιτυχημένη πορεία στο χώρο της εστίασης. Όλα αυτά τα χρόνια αφουγκραστήκαμε τις ανάγκες των πελατών μας και κρατήσαμε ένα πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο στην κουζίνα μας ανανεώνοντας ανάλογα με την εποχή το μενού μας. Είμασταν ευέλυκτοι σε ότι συνέβαινε γύρω μας δοκιμάζοντας κάθε σεζόν νέες τάσεις και νέα υλικά σε πιάτα γεμάτα έμπνευση. Ετσι κερδίσαμε την εμπιστοσύνη των πελατών, αλλά και βρεθήκαμε στις πρώτες θέσεις ανάμεσα σε όλα τα εστιατόρια της Ελλάδας, κερδίζοντας Βραβείο Ελληνικής Κουζίνας από το Αθηνόραμα για το 2019 και υποψηφιότητα στην ίδια κατηγορία για το 2020. Επίσης για το 2020 το Artisanal απέκτησε αστέρι από τον γαστρονομικό οδηγό The FNL Guide αλλά και Σκούφο από τον παγκόσμιο θεσμό γαστρονομίας Gault & Millau.

Ο γνωστός σεφ Δημήτρης Δημητριάδης βρίσκεται πάντα στην κουζίνα μας οργανώνοντας με μαεστρία ότι καλύτερο διαθέτει η αγορά, επιλέγοντας ελληνικά προϊόντα μικρών παραγωγών.

Το Artisanal έχει διακριθεί και για τα κοκτέιλ του αποσπώντας το βραβείο Καλύτερο Bar Restaurant και Bar Award για 5 συνεχόμενα χρόνια από το Αθηνόραμα. Η βραβευμένη bar manager Δήμητρα Αντωνακοπούλου έχει αναλάβει από το 2018 το μπαρ εξελίσσοντας την λίστα των κοκτέιλ σε πραγματική γευσιγνωσία.

Η φιλοσοφία του Artisanal βασίζεται στην οικειότητα του χώρου και της γεύσης. Η οικειότητα που έχει να κάνει με την ποιότητα ζωής και με αυτό που αναγνωρίζουμε όλοι ως φροντίδα. Η τέχνη ως στοιχείο της καθημερινότητας, το design λειτουργικό και χρηστικό και η γεύση να πατάει πάνω σε γνώριμα υλικά που έχουν αναδείξει την Ελληνική κουζίνα σε γαστρονομικό παράδεισο.

The restaurant was full around 22:00 on Saturday night (reservation is required), however, all dishes came at a proper time, with no delay. The waiter was experienced, very kind and friendly. We ordered the following : BEETROOT SALAD PIE WITH GREENS BLACK ANGUS TRI TIP GRILLED CALAMARI HAZELNUT – COFFEE (Desert) All dishes were well prepared, with focus on details. Both main dishes were so properly cooked that flavors were present. The desert was amazing and very well balanced. The variety of cocktails, spirits and wines is covering a broad range of different tastes. To be noted that there are several wines offered in glass. All in all it was a great experience, a well balanced menu with focus on detail. If the same level of quality will be maintained it is a matter of time for the restaurant to be awarded with a Michelin Star.

Had nice brunch there and each meal was bringing thoughts about ingredients, rare feeling:) Filter coffee seemed to me strong. Did not have enough time to look around but the main area seemed nice and cozy, “glass box” I would say. 4 stars for awkward feelings with staff. Guys were trying to help I suppose, but it felt tensed and uncomfortable.

The portions are not as big as Greeks are used to eat. If you bulking for sure it won’t be enough. For a light breakfast is fine. It is a bit overpriced but you already know that when you visiting a restaurant like this.
