Apart from all the things that are nice I had heard that Christmas has the best melomakarona, I went the day before yesterday to confirm it and indeed! The best melomakarona I have eaten in Chania !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice small bakery with a very friendly cashier. There is great selection of sweets, like donuts and cookies. But I'm a little disappointed with the amount of choices for bread as I was looking for a breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was busy with locals from the neighborhood. Here you’ll find Fresh baked goods, traditional pies and homemade quality pastries. Things to try: chicken pie, spinach pie and the pizza pastry.
The family and staff who run this are very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!
